A special mention goes to F&B Manager Sidvan, who went above and beyond to ensure I had delicious vegetarian options throughout my stay. His kindness and attention made dining such a pleasant experience. At the front desk, Mr. Tharlison deserves our deepest gratitude. We were struggling to purchase luggage for our airline booking due to the Portuguese-only system, and he spent hours patiently assisting us until everything was sorted. His dedication and willingness to go the extra mile truly impressed us. We also greatly appreciated Mr. Daniel, who was consistently kind and hospitable, as well as the entire front desk team, who were always cheerful, welcoming, and ready to assist. All these thoughtful gestures and genuine care made our holiday in Manaus extra special. Thank you, Tryp Manaus, for such an exceptional experience—we would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city."

"Comfortable hotel with excellent service, especially the receptionists and the manager who were super friendly and efficient. It also has a delicious breakfast. It is in the commercial center so close to restaurants, supermarkets and various types of stores. It is also close to several important tourist attractions such as the Amazonas theater, Port of Manaus, Mercado Municipal and Modelo, and the Palacete Provincial which houses several museums. They can all be visited on foot."

"I do not recommend! The beautiful photos are not comfortable rooms, one towel for both the body and face, probably the owner also dries himself at home. There is no hot drinking water, you have to go to a nearby cafe for it. My photos are attached! The tiles in the room are cracked, the window in the shower is rusty, empty plates for breakfast! But you can always beg for scrambled eggs."
