"호텔 시설 깨끗하고. 비교적 교통이 편리했음.
그런데 이곳에서 싸마르칸트로 가는 기차가내가호텔 쳌아웃하고 출발하는 날짜에 없어서
부득불 하루 앞당겨 체크아웃 했는데 호텔비용 1박을 빼주어야 하는것 아닐까요?
내 잘못이 아닌데요.
그리고 호텔은 큰데 식당도 있는데 운영 않하고, 다른 편의 시설도 없고 그 큰 호텔에 남자직원 1사람만이 써비스를 하더라구요.
영어가 않 통해서 뭔가 요청사항을 전달 못했어요.
방에 ☎️ 전화기가 있는데 사용불가 먹통이구요.
이런 것 참더라도 3박 예약해서 기차가 운행 않해서 2박만 한것에 대하여 1박 비용은 환불 강력히 요청합니다"
