Convenient location near the park and freeway. The staff was friendly and rooms were clean and spacious. Would consider this hotel again for our next stay.

Room was seemingly clean, but walking barefoot in the room for 5 min made our feet completely black. Nonetheless, room was comfortable for an overnight stay and good location to base yourself if visiting the Disneyland parks. I specifically chose this hotel because of free parking and free shuttle to the Disneyland Parks, but was dismayed to find out upon check-in that we were not allowed to leave our car parked in the property after check out. This was not made known to us beforehand which I think the hotel should explicitly state in the description. We ended up having to drive out and park at Disneyland itself which kind of defeated the main purpose of us booking this hotel. According to the front office staff, you're allowed to leave your car parked prior to check in but not after check out so do take that into consideration before booking/while staying. Breakfast is kinda abysmal too. You request for either a microwaveable croissant sandwich or a breakfast pita from the reception which you then heat up in the microwaves in the breakfast room. Other than that, they had some breakfast cereal selection, cup yoghurt, over-riped bananas and some beverage. If you care only about proximity to the Disneyland parks, you can consider this property

Come to the Convention and Exhibition Center to participate in the exhibition, about 10 minutes walk from the exhibition. You can eat on foot around the hotel. It is also close to Disney.

Located near Korea town with lots of Asian food options. Room is spacious, and location is also good for the price. Cons: during my stay, the elevator was under maintenance, and I had to carry my huge suitcase to the 2nd floor. I took 2 granddaughters to Disneyland. My budget is limited so Queens Inn was perfect for the price. The only thing is, it has 2 stories & if you are on the bottom floor people seem to make alot of noise above you, like kids running up & down or adults stomping across the room. The girls went into the pool once because apparently it was too cold. There is a Denny's across the road & opposite that is a small market/grocery store where if you buy 1 of those gallon water bottles then you can refill for 25 cents. There is no breakfast at this hotel but I bought a big box of cereal each from home & bought a 4 pack of bowls from K mart for $2 & breakfast was done. Outside Denny's is a bus stop but download the ART bus app. I paid $48usd for the 3 of us for 3 days & it saved our legs especially when done in Disney. There are also 2 Service stations with Orca right next door & the other across from that. There is a wonderful new laundromat next door as well. Overall our stay was nice & front desk people were helpful. I would stay there again even though I usually stay more in the vicinity of Disneyland Park. There is also lots of eateries around & a 20 minute walk up the road to Target which sells not only clothes but groceries & fresh fruit & Veg as well.

The motel on the highway side of the road is noisy and the room facilities are very general, so it is cheaper. The size of the room is OK, the problem of resting for one night is not big, and the requirements are high to give up as soon as possible.

Transition hotel, very recommended, the price is too high. 5 minutes drive from the airport, inform the flight in advance, 11 o'clock to pick up the plane on time, very convenient. Hotel room facilities are basically the same as domestic home, very clean, no disposable toothbrush, remember to bring your own. Breakfast is very good, the top floor infinity pool is also very good, think about 200/yuan one night hotel, domestic should not find such a supporting facilities, suitable for the first day and the last day of transition, close your eyes

The staff were pleasant and very friendly. The room was a no frills type room. While it had a really nice bathroom. And the bedroom had a mini fridge and a microwave. It didn't have a dresser. It did have a tv with cable.I ordered a room with a king size bed, and got a room with one queen size bed. And a headboard left on the wall where the second queen had once been. It gave the room a spacious feeling. Despite being the wrong size bed, I didn't complain. I'm not more than. 6' like some people that need a king size bed. Anf at the end of the day, it's just a place to sleep and get a shower. It was a comfortable sleep. And despite being on the corner wasn't as quiet as I had hoped. But it's a motel. Non-smoking rooms available. There is a pool. I didn't check it out though I was too tired my first day, and too busy the next. If you don't require much, this might be for you. The price is right and the location is prime.

Me and my husband were actually very shocked at how this room looked. Considering it's location , Anaheim Hills. The bathroom faucet is broken , it moves when you turn it on. The kleenex holder has no kleenex and its rusty. The lights needed new light bulbs. So it was very dark in the room. None of the ice machines were working. And when I told the girl , she said nothing to me, like she didn't care. Then I asked for hand towels , wash cloth and 1 more bath towel and the maid said no, they didn't do the laundry, so me and my husbandp had no wash clothes to wash our face, nor dry our hands. Then complimentary coffee in the morning, I was looking forward to,. Never .existed. she told me I had to pay her 4.00 for a cup of black coffee!!! The refrigerator in our room was broken, the door of it was held together with tape!! How could a lovely town have such a scummy hotel!!!? Why don't you fix things that break , gave ice for your customers, and towels!! Towels are pretty darn important!! Don't lie about complimentary coffee and then try to sell it for 4.00 a cup. Alot needs to be fixed on this hotel. It's hideous, and could be so nice if you just tweak a little bit of things. . I'm sorry but 1 star, I need towels when I get out of a shower. I need ice too, and coffee would be greatly appreciated.
