I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and willing to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. The hotel location was convenient for everything I needed. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely recommend it to solo travelers.

Nice hotel with very pleasant and helpful employees. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was nice as their was plenty of food to choose from.

Stayed there one night Doors were locked and entrance is on the back door You take a shower and there is yes a shampoo! And the second bottle you think is body wash… no body cream! Well you are in the shower already! After shower you want to brush your teeth right? Wrong! There no such a toothbrush nor toothpaste, well … after you look everywhere you see a sticker in the bathroom in small writing that says it you need any toiletries such as toothpaste toothbrush shower cup … you should go to the front desk and ask for what you need! So I’m naked just came out from the shower already mad for not finding the body wash…. And now I need to go downstairs to the front desk naked to get the toothbrush? Forget this poor service hotel

Check in was quick and easy as room was prepaid through Trip.com. Location is fairly central in Birmingham which allowed me to gather with family for wedding related events that were in different locations over my weekend stay.  Hotel was clean, quiet, with food selections close by or using doordash or other services a minimal wait. Hotel is dog friendly - however I saw no one with pets while there.  3rd floor was quiet, no rowdy guests disturbing anyone. Overall very well run, pleasant staff, breakfast was as described from 6-10am with hot and cold options.  If you want a solid stay central to pretty much everything this hotel is a solid choice.

Room was nice. Nothing special. Did not see any vending machines with pop and went to front desk where they had a small shelf with few items. Had bottled water but no pop also noticed they had other items to sell but was also out. We just needed a place to stay on our way further south and it worked fine for us. Was a little difficult to find the hotel but that could have been the map on the phones. Desk person was nice. Heard her speaking to a few people while we were checking in and seemed pleasant to them all

Nice clean and comfortable hotel in good location. For the price this is perfectly satisfactory for a short stay. Good breakfast, fairly nice pool.

The hallway smell was over the top. Whatever they use to mask the smell was just awful. Also, when I came back from dinner one night, there was a puddle of water from the a/c. Water was under bed and to the other side of room. Management came and cleaned it up and took care of a/c issue. It was late and didn’t want to deal with that. Wont be going back.

The hotel is very quiet , if any issues come about during your stay then they would be taken care of immediately. The staff is really nice and helpful. They really make your stay worth it.

Facilities and room were clean, staff was pleasant. Building is a bit dated but we weren’t looking for a resort experience just for one night. Price is right. Breakfast offerings were sparse, no eggs but we got down a little late. There had clearly been a crowd there before us.
