The hot water didn't work in sink took 15-20 min to get hot water in tub. Heat adjustment didn't work right. Couldn't watch TV because volume control didn't work and was turned up loud. When We spoke to manager about compensation for these issues they said because we booked on line they couldn't do any discounts that we had to tell y'all. Thank you for any help.

The room itself was nice spacious and clean. We got in late so basically went right to bed. The next day was awful, there was no hot water, the water was turned off for 3hrs in the middle of the day without notice causing us to be unable to shower nor use the restroom unless we went elsewhere. The elevators didn't work and our room was on the 4th floor. I wasn't aware that this hotel was under construction until I arrived. To top it off my daughter's were going down stairs in the elevator after it was supposedly fixed, when they got to the lower level floor the doors didn't open...my girls were in tears!!! After pressing the open button multiple times the door opened. I will not consider this hotel ever again.

Did no like having to go through a very messy and dirty work/construction zone. The only elevator working took me through it. Breakfast could have used more protein items. And the plastic cutlery was of the cheapest/flimsiest I’ve had the mispleasure of using. I ended up just tearing up my waffle. Get what you pay for.

Not the greatest property but generally safe and there are a lot of food options close by. They've been under renovations for over a year and still not done.
Used to be free for pets but since they've decided to now charge a fee I'll be looking for accommodations elsewhere.

The building was being renovated. I was not made aware of it when i checked in. Strobe lights were flasing in the hall. Equipment and bags of garbage were sitting in the hall. The outside doors would not shut properly.

To preface, the hotel says they are under renovation. But to that end, One of the beds had a screw sticking out of the headboard, one of our beds sunk in the middle. The tv volume only stayed minimal and would not raise. If i had another chance i would rethink my decision to stay at this hotel.

I checked in and immediately checked out. They canceled my check in because the hotel smelled like sewage. The young lady and man at the desk were very nice. I just could not stay there. The smell was awful and the floors were dirty.

Unfortunately, this La Quinta was the worst property of all. I was extremely disappointed in the condition of the rooms, building, and smell. Sadly, it appeared unkempt and in a state of decay. However, if you like noise, please book this hotel. The noise is unbearable.

When checked in found my room was not cleaned, towels on bathroom floor, sheets not changed. Told FDesk @ 9pm said she would let mgr know about this. Left for hospital came back that 2nd night room still the same not clean. Unhappy want full refund waiting on mgr to return call to me.
