SStefanDEVery nice motel, loved our short stay there! Sparkly clean, modern & spacey room, super friendly & helpful service, great location. Definitely check out the beautiful scenice road along the river ride behinde the motel. Decently priced, very comfortable beds, nice free coffee and even free laundry. We also slept very nice in the comfy bed and had no issues with noise although it’s directly located on a big road and next to an active railroad. Overall, really recommended!

DDwayne WilliamOverall room 105 was good however what looks like mold in one corner of the front of the shower and dirtiness of the other corners both inside and outside need some serious cleaning and bathroom smelled moldy. Staff was great and very informative especially about the rocket lift off without us even asking the same evening of our stay. Would definitely stay there again however

One downside was a loud neighbor, but she settled down about 10:30. Unfortunately, she woke up at 5:30……
Not in control of hotel, I know. But next time we use this hotel, I will be sure that my room doesn’t have an adjoining room door. Made the sound like it was in the room.
Despite the noisy neighbor, we will definitely use this hotel again. Everything else that was in control of the hotel was very good.

GGuest UserThe front desk is very welcoming, the hotel is in a good location, just off the road on the island, across the road from the resort to the beach, the beach is evener than Miami, the sand is fine, the seagulls fly, the most important people. The rooms are clean and there is an open-air swimming pool, a great place for a summer holiday in Cocoa Beach.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean. But, you can hear everything from other rooms. The bed and pillows were hard. You have to request a hair dryer because the room does not come with one. No conditioner provided, only shampoo. No iron.

BBijnenVoor de derde nacht van ons verblijf in het America's Best Value Inn and Suites Melbourne kregen we helaas een kamer toegewezen met een zeer onaangename geur. Dit was uiteraard niet ideaal, maar het personeel reageerde snel en professioneel toen we het meldde. We ontvingen direct hun excuses en werden zonder problemen naar een andere kamer verplaatst, die helemaal in orde was. Deze snelle en nette oplossing zorgde ervoor dat dit kleine ongemak geen verdere invloed had op ons verblijf.
Verder was het verblijf wederom aangenaam. De kamer was schoon en goed verzorgd, en de medewerkers bleven uiterst vriendelijk en attent, zoals we al eerder hadden ervaren.
De aanwezigheid van wasbeertjes rondom het motel was ook deze nacht weer een leuk extraatje, die het verblijf toch iets unieks gaf.
Al met al was dit verblijf weer goed opgelost en naar verwachting, ondanks het tijdelijke ongemak met de geur. Het motel biedt een prima prijs-kwaliteitverhouding met uitstekende service.

Desk area had outlets but they weren't hooked up. No Facial tissues in room. Should have phone in room. Rooms need updating. Rugs need to be shampooed. Tv was difficult to navigate. Mathew and Tania were extra helpful.

BBijnenHet Island Hotel of Space Coast is een typisch betaalbaar motel in de Verenigde Staten, dat, zoals veel van zijn soort, een beetje verouderd is. Toch werd het motel goed onderhouden en alles zag er top verzorgd uit. De eigenaren waren bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat het verblijf aangenaam maakte. De kamer, bedden en beddengoed waren allemaal schoon, en ik had geen enkel probleem met de hygiëne – alles was wat verouderd maar verder in prima staat.
Wat betreft het ontbijt was het eenvoudig, maar voldoende: wat brood, jam, ontbijtgranen, koffie, thee en melk. Voor de prijs kun je uiteraard geen uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet verwachten, maar het was prima voor een snelle start van de dag.
Al met al biedt het Island Hotel of Space Coast een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, met vriendelijke service en een verzorgde, schone omgeving. Het is ideaal voor wie op zoek is naar een no-nonsense verblijf zonder te veel poespas.
