Very well the place and service, the vajilla was insufficient and incomplete

This hotel saved my life late at night they were willing to give me a roomie even though it was not in the computer as available because there was a small problem so they gave me a pretty good discount I am very pleased with their service

Booked and paid in full online. They have our credit card on file. Didn’t expect they want to charge extra money for room deposit. No problem we can handle the additional payment except Their machine didn’t work scanning my Apple Pay. The older lady was rude and told us we couldn’t stay. That was not our fault. It really hurts! they should fix their machine problem first rather than blaming customer. Finally the younger staff on training figured out how to charge my Apple Card by keying in the numbers. Overall check in was not as friendly and professional as it should be. Breakfast was okay, oatmeal was not done correctly super dry, a simple fix is adding a bit water , yet no one cared. Eggs are not real , artificial eggs. Just a bit disappointed. Rooms are warm and bathrooms is clean.

The heater doesn’t work Other wise good visit

Breakfast personally feels good, there are oranges and apples, all one by one, good. The location is also in the urban area, the entrance is an American-style Japanese meal (American service ^ _ ^), grilled mainly in line with American taste, look at the taste of Chinese people. Pack airport transfers, not 24 hours in winter, 5 to 5 in the morning.

The hotel is a bit out of town but the hotel offers 24 hours shuttle drops off and pickup in the downtown area. You just need to call them. Very great service.

The size of the room is just right, and the hygiene is OK. The room I was given was on the side of the first floor. It was probably a promotional room, because I only stayed for one night. There is a river behind the hotel, and you can go fishing along the river. It’s also very meaningful to walk around both sides of the Taiwan Strait to see the local fishing culture. It’s a little more inconvenient to walk uphill for about 20 minutes from the city center, but it’s very close to the train station, and the hotel has a free pick-up service. This service is really good. , one of the reasons why I booked this hotel

Good location, better price than other hotels in this area which is quite expensive The room has no air condition, the heater is not working No refrigerator, no microwave, no hot water kettle, just sleep The glass in the room is not clean, the pillowcase has stains, need to change before use

There is free breakfast, the water dispenser provides hot and cold water, there is a canteen selling instant noodles, and there is a microwave in the room 4 .Free pick-up and drop-off services to the airport and train station. The train station is very close, and the ticket exchange is very fast. It is enough to arrive half an hour in advance. I think it is no problem to arrive 15 minutes in advance. Disadvantages 1. It is a 15-minute walk from the center of the town. There are several hotels in the center which are more convenient. 2. It is close to the train. It's a bit noisy on that side of the station, with trains honking every hour, even at night.
