GGuest UserThis hotel is absolutely fantastic, even better than the pictures! The location is excellent – just a 150-meter walk straight from Ratchathewi station. It's very close to the Siam shopping area, and you can easily walk to Central World and Platinum Fashion Mall in about fifteen minutes. The room facilities are all brand new, and the bedding and toiletries are top-notch. Every detail shows care, making for a very comfortable stay. Huge thumbs up! The staff are very welcoming and helped carry our luggage upstairs; their service is thoughtful and attentive. If I had to pick a downside, the bathroom sink is a bit small, but still perfectly functional. Also, the noise from motorbikes on the street outside is unavoidable, but it gets much better after midnight. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Bangkok!

The staff are all friendly one thing I think that's important and must be improve is that inside the capsule it doesn't support fast charging and had to charge at the lobby even though it's protected by cctv I still prefer to charge where it's within my reach despite resting especially I was placed in the capsule on the 3rd floor and leaving my powerbank charge on the lobby kinda puts me iffy. All the staff were lovely and extremely attentive from the very first day. The housekeeper came to clean every day, keeping the room spotless and inviting. Whenever I needed assistance, the hotel was quick to help. They genuinely care about their guests, and it felt as warm and comfortable as staying at a relative's house. 🤍
In the mornings, there were free bread, jam, coffee, and tea available. It's a small touch, but it made a big difference. ☕🍞
If you're looking for a place with excellent service, wonderful staff, and a decent price, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely be back if I get the chance! 💕

AAnonymous User✅️ The location is very convenient, as it’s close to Asoke BTS, making it easy to get around. Easy to find the place too.
❌️ Be prepared for quite a number of stairs. I had to walk up a flight of stairs to reach the reception area, then take the elevator to level 4, and after that, climb another flight of stairs. This might not be suitable if you have large or heavy luggage.
❌️ Do note that a 1000 THB cash deposit is required upon check-in, which will be returned at check-out.
❌️ When I first entered the room, there was a noticeable smoke smell even though there was a “no smoking” sign. It seems like a previous guest may have smoked, and the smell wasn’t completely removed. Housekeepers need to do something to it.
✅️ Overall, the room was generally clean.
❌️One small issue was the shower system, which was a bit tricky to figure out at first.
✅️ Provide bottled water, bathroom slippers (seems to be reusable), shower cap, hair dryer. Other amenities seem to be sold separately at the reception counter.
Overall, a convenient stay with a few minor drawbacks. Decent stay for the money paid.

Even though it's in a bustling area, the room windows are well soundproofed, offering a peaceful retreat from the noise. The value for money is outstanding – it's definitely my top choice when visiting this city!
