We stayed at this Airbnb for 8 nights and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, just across from Okada Hotel, which is a major plus. However, our check-in was quite disappointing. We arrived around 5 PM, two hours after the official check-in time of 3 PM, only to find the unit was not clean. It was very dusty, and there were no cleaning tools provided.
The staff arrived around 5:30 PM to bring us towels and one bed cover, we requested utensils, We ended up purchasing our own cleaning supplies to tidy up the place before we could settle in. This was frustrating, especially after traveling from another country, as we had hoped to relax upon arrival.
While the unit itself has potential, the lack of cleanliness and preparation before our check-in was a significant issue. We had to clean the unit ourselves before we could even think about resting. Overall, I would recommend this place for its location, but improvements in cleanliness and guest readiness are necessary.

SSeventure2 stars only because first, the front desk staff were not even professional when talking to their hotel guests. Next, the bathroom had a water leak from the wall, and there was also a time when the water supply was cut off. Also, the room had no window, not even a hanger or a place to put clothes. There was a TV, but no Netflix just for display, and you still need to subscribe .And there was also a time when the keycard did not work, so we had to go back down to the front desk instead of being able to rest, which was quite inconvenient.
Unlike other hotels with the same price or even cheaper, that offer complete amenities. In this hotel, it’s hard to understand the setup, and the lighting is also depressing since it’s all yellow.

The penthouse itself was stunning—spacious, immaculately clean, and elegantly designed with panoramic city views that were absolutely breathtaking, especially at night.
The amenities were top-tier: a private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, smart entertainment system, and even a soaking tub with a skyline view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every corner of the suite exuded sophistication and comfort.
The location was also perfect—just minutes away from City of Dreams, SM Mall of Asia, and the airport. Whether we wanted to explore, dine, or enjoy the nightlife, everything was within easy reach.
What truly set the experience apart was the personalized service. The staff were attentive and professional, making sure our stay was seamless and luxurious from beginning to end.
If you’re looking for a high-end stay in Manila that blends privacy, comfort, and convenience, this penthouse is the perfect choice. Will definitely book again!

TTburnzThis is an affordable hotel, suitable for a very short stay. The environment is noisy, so bring ear plugs to help deal with the noise from the airconditioner and vehicles outside. My room had a lot of ants and they are inside my bag and on my clothes, so prepare yourself for that. I can feel the ants crawling all over me when I held my bag at the airport.

Pet friendly the security guards are very keen observant the prices are very much affordable the locations are very accessible to everyone's need like markets shops bank convenience store atm machines pharmacy. I am very secured and safe. the place has harmoniously ambiance. Its feel like home. There is proper area for garbage to. Make the souroundings clean. Good for family travel, business, individual travel to stay.
