Great place for staying. The place is quiet and peaceful. It's a 10-15 minute walking distance to Ayala Center. The road is well lit so it's safe to walk to and from Ayala. There is wifi but need to ask the front desk password. The bed is firm and the room has good ventilation. The shower has hot water that's adjustable according to preference for a relaxing shower. They also have freebie toiletries that smell great.

I really enjoyed the comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, the friendly staff, and the overall cleanliness of the place. Everything was well taken care of, which made my stay pleasant and enjoyable.

We would like to share our experience during our recent stay. Unfortunately, it was not fully satisfactory. We checked in at 7:00 PM, but there was no consideration or flexibility regarding the check-out time, which was disappointing. The room also had a damaged faucet that should have been repaired prior to guest use. Although the room was advertised for five persons, we were only provided with one bed and one small foam on the floor, which was not comfortable for our group of three adults and two children. Additionally, the table in the room was small and only suitable for two persons, with only two chairs provided, which was not enough for our group. Overall, our stay did not meet our expectations. We would rate our experience at 75%. We hope management can address these concerns to improve future guest experiences.

The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. We I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, Tsai Hotel provided great value for money with excellent service and comfortable accommodations. The room smelled of cigarettes, probably from the old air conditioning. The hotel is very old and rundown, but if you're looking for something cheap for one night, it's okay. The beds are comfortable, and there's a supermarket and various attractions nearby.

Good experience. The beds little bit make noise because old but clean and also possibility to have buffet breakfast. Staff very helpful and kind . Recomanded

Incredible value for money. The room is clean. It sits right in the city center, so I walked everywhere and saved a fortune on transport. Perfect if you need a clean, cheap, and highly accessible base.

The location is very accessible. But the beddings are dirty, the toilet seat seems not cleaned and the floor is very sticky.
