I have been to Nara several times and I try a different hotel every time.
Having stayed here, I think I will stay here again when I come to Nara in the future.
As others said, there were deer outside the door in the morning, and the guy at the front desk spoke very good English.
As for parking service, you can rent it from the grocery store opposite

The host is a very friendly old gentleman. A century-old old villa with a Japanese atmosphere. It feels very homey. It is very clean and tidy. On the day of check-in, the old gentleman worried that we could not drive us to Nara Park to see the deer. I like the accommodation experience here.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, with a good surrounding environment. It is very close to the attractions (you can walk there). The hotel front desk is staffed by an old man or a grandmother, who is very friendly! But they don't speak Chinese. The 12-square-meter double room is OK.

📍 The location is on the commercial street from Kintetsu Nara Station, about5-10 minutes away, the location is very good
The room was very clean, some small but two people had enough luggage.
I prepared a bathrobe and towel. The public soup spring on the first floor is relatively small. It can soak three or four people at a time, but you can generally soak it.
The boss is very enthusiastic, no one calls at the front desk, the phone is at the front desk
Outside the commercial street, turn right and go straight to the Nara circle of attractions, turn left to go to jr Nara Station, there are a lot of food on the road.

I stayed here for 3 days,it would have been a very nice room to stay in if it wasn't summer and the temperature outside in the mid to high 30s C
The room was too hot to sleep until about 1am in the morning, has it had no AC,the bed was comfortable and the view was great but it was way too hot with just the fan
It would be a great place to stay in winter,spring or autumn but not summer
