The owner was very friendly and welcoming, recommending many local delicacies. The price of the Mount Bromo tour we booked at the front desk was significantly cheaper than with other travel agencies, and the service was reliable and smooth.
The hostel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it convenient for everything. Most restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping districts are within walking distance. The local night market is right outside, bustling with activity at night, making it easy to find food and drinks, without having to worry about getting around or finding food.
The rooms were clean and meticulously maintained, with beds changed after each guest. They also provided towels, a locker, and a lock, ensuring a secure stay. The shared bathrooms were also clean, with shampoo and shower gel provided, and hairdryers available for free at the front desk. The attention to detail was truly thoughtful. A simple breakfast of bread, bananas, and hot tea/coffee was provided in the morning, perfect for replenishing energy.
Overall, this is a great value hostel with a prime location, attentive service, and a friendly atmosphere, perfect for backpackers and travelers who enjoy immersing themselves in local life.

GGuest UserThe place is very strategic, lots of food around, next to it is also Alfa Mart. Suitable for those of you who are backpackers and don't bring a vehicle. If you bring a private vehicle, the parking is not very suitable because it is narrow, few and hot, even though there is a guard at night. Pretty clean with the competitive prices offered by trip.com. For those of you who bring children, the rooms are quite spacious...so the children have space to play.

After over 3 weeks travelling across the country backpacking solo I finally found this homestay whose actual state coincides with the pictures. The other places I stayed in either were small capsules or dirty and old looking hotels and hostels and I expected the same from this one but it turned out to be a clean and neat place, both room and facilities. The staff doesn't speak great English but their service is good enough. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserLocation is good, bit old but ok. Bit a waste to order room with balkon, cause the balkon is small and dirty, no chairs or table, dusty, definitelly not cleaned maybe for weeks. The room is big, the bed is niceand clean, bath room is ok, not smelly but need more cleaning. Some ornaments in the room are dusty. Overall is ok.

WWatsonIdeal for a short stay in the centre of Malang. Easy parking and within walking distance of several nice restaurants. Clean room with aircon and wifi, good value for money. The breakfast included may be chicken with rice, you can make your own tea and coffee at any time.
