Lovely staff and clean hotel Highly recommend - the bosses here are very kind and hospitable

The owners were very welcoming and friendly! They gave us a ride to the ancient town site, and picked us up in the evening. We booked two rooms for our group, and both were excellent. The rooms were very big and clean, with a relaxing view of a beautiful river. The guesthouse is beside a restaurant that serves delicious food. The village streets are fun and interesting to walk through -- we liked the local setting as much as the ancient town site. We cannot speak Chinese but it was no problem. The staff speak a little English and are good at using translation apps. They welcomed us like family, and we were sad to say goodbye.

The design of the stilted house B&B is very good. It is located at the top of the ancient town, surrounded by mountains and water. The whole wooden structure makes a little floor noise when walking (I can't understand why). The bathroom is spacious and clean. There is a tea table in the living room. It's interesting to drink tea in front of the window or leaning on the railing. The ancient town is quiet and elegant, and it is a good place. After booking the hotel, the proprietress contacted us, informed us of the parking location, and arranged for someone to help with the luggage! (Because the B&B is in the ancient town, the car can't drive in, you have to park outside, and it's not far to walk in) The proprietress is really good, with many additional services, arranging foot baths in the evening, sending fruits to eat, recommending tourist routes and food, which is thoughtful. This room with a window really needs a window, hahaha!

Wujiang Bridge B&B is located within the Wujiangzhai International Tourism Resort in Bozhou District, Zunyi. There are no regular towels, only disposable ones. The air conditioning turns off automatically and you cannot set the temperature, which is terrible in a subtropical city. In addition, there is a lot of noise coming from the street. The windows do not block out the outside noise. Moreover, in our particular case, we spent almost 40 minutes checking in because they couldn’t find our reservation. Afterwards, there were more problems because their system didn’t accept names in Latin characters. The worst part was that we were left waiting at the entrance the whole time. To top it all off, the next day they forgot to give us the slip that proved we were entitled to the breakfast we had already paid for.

The bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet, complete toiletries, and meticulous cleaning with no unsightly spots. The air conditioning, hot water, and internet were all functioning reliably, fully meeting all travel needs. The hotel's excellent soundproofing ensured a quiet and peaceful night, allowing for a restful sleep and providing ample energy for the day's activities. The surrounding amenities were a bonus. Within walking distance were food streets like Laosha Lane, offering a wide variety of Zunyi's local delicacies, providing a one-stop solution for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night snacks, allowing guests to enjoy authentic flavors without traveling far. One of the best price-quality hotels I've ever stayed in! Clean, amazing light, lots of space, and two spatious beds for 58 rmb! Couldn't have been happier, I only wished I stayed longer! Also, the billiard club staff downstairs are amazing. If you are a foreigner, definitely go and say hi!

The staff were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is convenient, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and nearby attractions.
