The owners were very welcoming and friendly! They gave us a ride to the ancient town site, and picked us up in the evening. We booked two rooms for our group, and both were excellent. The rooms were very big and clean, with a relaxing view of a beautiful river. The guesthouse is beside a restaurant that serves delicious food. The village streets are fun and interesting to walk through -- we liked the local setting as much as the ancient town site. We cannot speak Chinese but it was no problem. The staff speak a little English and are good at using translation apps. They welcomed us like family, and we were sad to say goodbye.

There are no regular towels, only disposable ones. The air conditioning turns off automatically and you cannot set the temperature, which is terrible in a subtropical city. In addition, there is a lot of noise coming from the street. The windows do not block out the outside noise. Moreover, in our particular case, we spent almost 40 minutes checking in because they couldn’t find our reservation. Afterwards, there were more problems because their system didn’t accept names in Latin characters. The worst part was that we were left waiting at the entrance the whole time. To top it all off, the next day they forgot to give us the slip that proved we were entitled to the breakfast we had already paid for.

The hotel's excellent soundproofing ensured a quiet and peaceful night, allowing for a restful sleep and providing ample energy for the day's activities. The surrounding amenities were a bonus. Within walking distance were food streets like Laosha Lane, offering a wide variety of Zunyi's local delicacies, providing a one-stop solution for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night snacks, allowing guests to enjoy authentic flavors without traveling far. I think this hotel is great. The location is very strategic. The facilities are quite good, and the rooms are quite spacious. The service is also truly excellent. The hotel staff and receptionists really helped me in the hotel check-in process because I have quite limited language skills. One thing that was lacking was that the room wasn't soundproof, so my friends and I couldn't really chat until midnight haha

Lechen Hotel, also known as Fuster Hotel, has clean and tidy rooms with complete facilities and good service. When the kettle broke, it was quickly replaced. The surrounding area has excellent amenities, with a large supermarket right next door, offering everything you need.
