2-Star Hotels in Tekes County

I seldom write reviews for hotels, but I must write one for this one. Let me start with the reason. At 6 o'clock in the morning, I found that my child had a fever, and I forgot to bring the thermometer. I called the boss for help, and the boss got up immediately (friends who are familiar with Xinjiang will know how early 6 o'clock is in Xinjiang). It turned out that the cap of the thermometer was not tightened before, and it fell to the ground and broke when I took it. I thought I could only wait until 9 o'clock when the pharmacy opened to buy a new one. A few minutes later, the boss called and said that he would drive to my home in the county to get me a new one. It would take more than half an hour to go back and forth. I am so grateful to the boss. After taking the child's temperature, he gave him medicine in time. As for the B&B itself, the room is clean and tidy, and there is no problem with hot water for bathing. There is a pavilion in the yard, which is very pleasant to sit for a while in summer. The owner also let the children pick a few tomatoes grown by themselves, which is very enthusiastic. The breakfast is cooked by the family. The home-cooked breakfast is very comfortable to eat. The egg pancakes are baked very well, and the steamed buns are also very skilled. In the morning, you can watch the sunrise on the mountain and watch the sun gradually fill Tekes County. I couldn't go to see it in person because my child was sick, but I happened to meet a guest who came back to catch up on sleep after watching it. His original words were beautiful.

The environment of this B&B is absolutely amazing. It has its own fruit trees and the air is so fresh. The courtyard is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the breeze. The room insulation is excellent, making it incredibly quiet. The bed is just the right firmness – I slept soundly until morning and felt completely refreshed. The breakfast was also an unexpected delight; it was truly the best Xinjiang breakfast I've ever had.

The guesthouse itself boasts beautiful scenery; sitting at the entrance and daydreaming was very relaxing. The staff were all very warm and friendly, providing a hearty and delicious breakfast, and they even cut us cantaloupe and watermelon. The rooms weren't large, but they had everything we needed, and the cleanliness was quite good. Mountain accommodations certainly can't compare to those in the city, but for the price, it's excellent. The traditional wooden cabins weren't very soundproof, but with the heating on, it was very cozy, and I slept soundly after a long day. Qiongkushitai is definitely worth a visit!

This guesthouse was a delightful surprise! It's located near the main street, surrounded by ethnic-themed streets. It's a small courtyard with a strong ethnic flavor. The owner was very welcoming, offering us watermelon and even making a special breakfast in the morning. The courtyard was full of flowers; I wished I could stay in my own home. The location is convenient, right next to the main street, which is a lot of fun. We watched a performance and strolled around the area. The Tai Chi Platform in the center of the Bagua City is also not far away.

The guesthouse was very easy to find; a long mural on the signboard was quite eye-catching. I had a pleasant chat with the owner upon arrival. The owner was from Urumqi, and we had a very pleasant conversation; he was also very welcoming. I felt right at home. Breakfast was prepared by the owner's family, and it was delicious and reassuring to eat.

This homestay is only two years old, so everything is brand new. The bed is very comfortable, and the environment is nice and peaceful. The owners are a warm and hospitable couple who even invited us to have dinner with their family. After ten days of free-and-easy travel in Xinjiang, staying here truly made us felt right at home.

Choosing Xiyuxi (West of the Western Regions) Hostel during my trip to Bagua City turned out to be a truly heartwarming travel experience! The hostel's spacious common areas are furnished with multiple long tables, perfect for sharing meals and playing mahjong in our free time – a relaxed and lively atmosphere. The hostel has a particularly relaxed and therapeutic atmosphere. Solo travelers from all over the country gather here, chatting late into the night in the courtyard or common areas, sharing their experiences, scenery, and life stories. What could have been a lonely solo trip is now filled with warmth. What touched me most was the everyday warmth: everyone goes out to buy groceries together, then returns to the hostel's communal kitchen and cooks together. Some chop vegetables, some cook, and some plate the food – a home-cooked meal is made by everyone working together. Sitting around the table, there's no awkwardness or distance, just like being part of a large family in a foreign land. The owner and volunteers were incredibly helpful, patiently assisting with everything from travel guides for Kalajun and Qiongkushitai to finding carpooling partners. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the hot water in the bathroom was reliable. For those looking to experience a genuine backpacker atmosphere in Tekes, this hostel was the perfect choice. I still miss it dearly, and I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Yili!

The homestay is newly opened this year. There is a large yard when you enter the door. The boss grows a variety of vegetables. As soon as we enter the door, the proprietress asked the boss to cut us watermelon to eat. The room was very large and clean. It was also very close to Bagua City and within walking distance. It was also very convenient to go to Karachi the next day.

I really enjoyed my time at this B&B. I felt the B&B's care and enthusiasm for its guests, which made me feel as comfortable and relaxed as at home. I highly recommend this B&B to any traveler looking for a comfortable, friendly and unique experience! The young lady at the front desk, Miss Chen, has a very good attitude and her service is warm, generous and informal. Treat others with gentleness and humility. Really good, will come again.

The room is very good and great value for money. It's just a few minutes' drive from the center of Bagua City. The lady boss is also super nice. You can stay here when going to Kalajun Prairie. It's convenient.
