Thoughtful service: 1-Super proactive and enthusiastic help in picking up luggage and going to the front desk to complete the check-in process. 2- Since the room rate was determined during the peak period, when we arrived at the hotel, the store arranged to refund the deposit and re-accommodate us at a non-peak price, saving us nearly 80 yuan. This is really beyond my expectation, a very sincere store. 3-The store owner was very welcoming and took us to the room and arranged live TV for us because we didn't know how to use digital TV. 4-The store owner took the initiative to help us check the bus to Miao Village and sent us to the bus station to take the bus, which saved us the trouble of the journey. Thank you store owner!
Inn room environment: 1-A complete set of Adolf shampoo, hair care and bath products, excellent! 2- Clean and tidy bedding and towels. 3-After use, the daily cleaning is done very cleanly and thoroughly.
I wish the store a prosperous business and many customers. When I travel to Libo later, I will also stay in the storeโs inn. ๐๐๐

BBukesiyidehengxingI have been back from traveling for a few days, and I really want to give you a five-star review. This B&B is very new and the decoration is very satisfactory. From the brand of bathroom ware to the matching tables, chairs, beds, and the selection of disposable items, it is enough to show the care taken in the decoration. There is catering service, which provides great convenience for us staying near remote scenic spots. The guy at the front desk was very nice. Considering that our luggage was large, he upgraded us to a family room on the lower floor for free. Knowing that we like to drink tea, he gave us the tea table and chatted with us while drinking tea. He also provided free pick-up and drop-off to the scenic spots the next day. , I have nothing to say about the service. This is the first time I have taken the initiative to give a positive review of a B&B I have stayed in๐๐๐

MM39006****The location is quiet in the town, close to the east gate of Xiaoqikong Scenic Area and many restaurants, including beef noodle shops, about 200 meters away, just a few minutes' walk. The room was clean and tidy, with a convenient private washbasin. I stayed in the attic, and the owner was very welcoming, helping me move all my luggage. The complimentary breakfast of beef noodles was also delicious. I had a great time in Libo!

GGuest UserThe attic room we checked into has slightly hard beds for us, we prefer softer beds. After mentioning this to the boss they happily moved us into another room at no extra cost, very professional and kind. Lovely smiley hosts. Almost all rooms have been recently refurbished into a modern style. Would definitely recommend.

GGuest UserThe inn is at the door of Libo Ancient Town, and it is very convenient to eat, live and travel. The room was clean and tidy. The main boss is a young couple, very enthusiastic. Because I am alone, the boss saw that I have been ordering takeaways and invited me to eat with them and sent me fruit many times to remind me of balanced nutrition. My ticket is two o'clock, and the boss not only agreed to late check-out but also drove me to the passenger terminal. In short, staying at this inn is very warm and worth recommending. Good location 20 min walk to old town and lots of lively (็ญ้น) streets around. Proprietors were super nice, the daughter even picked me up on her scooter when I couldn't find the place and the dad offeredme watermelon. Lovely people with lots of helpful information.

AAnonymous UserService: The proprietress was really nice; she even offered us some of her homemade bayberry drink. When it rained, she kindly helped us move our clothes under the shelter.
Environment: The guesthouse is situated on the commercial street directly opposite the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area. It's just a few minutes' walk to the park entrance, making the location excellent. There are also a few parking spots available right outside, which is convenient for those driving.
Facilities: On the first floor, there's a small courtyard for drying clothes. The TV isn't a smart TV, and the shower runs on an electric water heater. The bathroom lacks a wet/dry separation and is very cramped. The shower head is uncomfortably close to both the toilet and the sink, and the storage shelf was broken. Overall, the bathroom is extremely basic. The sink's water pressure was far too strong; when I turned it on, water sprayed everywhere! A bathroom like this, reminiscent of a hostel's, really doesn't justify a price tag of over 300 RMB. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, which gave me a headache at night. I'd recommend the owner install an air deflector.
Hygiene: Hygiene was just average. I'd suggest cleaning the bathroom door and especially the water cups โ even if unused, the overall impression was quite unappetizing.
Finally: Finally, the room we stayed in looked nothing like the photos displayed on Ctrip. Perhaps the room shown in the pictures was given to other guests. The advertised room had enough space between the TV and bed to comfortably fit a small table with two chairs. Our room, however, was incredibly small; simply placing a suitcase between the bed and TV made it feel extremely cramped! It certainly didn't match the square footage mentioned in the description. I highly recommend separating these room types for sale from the promotional photos, as this is very misleading! The price wasn't cheap, yet the room quality was so poor...

RRadonesqueShort walk from the bus station, very convenient. Proprietor is super nice, let me look at a few rooms and choose one. I was his fist ever foreign guest, haha. Squat toilet smelled pretty bad but that's normal for China because they don't use u-pipes and all their plumbing is just straight pipes that let the gas come back up. Shower was nice and hot, AC worked, room was clean, no gross carpet. Pricey but for cleanliness worth it. Slippers were used and dirty and not disinfected though so maybe have your own.
