The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely nice, making our stay really enjoyable. In terms of convenience, there were plenty of cafes and supermarkets within walking distance. As for getting to Shaolin Temple, it was a breeze — just a 15-20 minute taxi ride away. Overall, this hotel really hit the mark with its amenities and location!

The location of the homestay is very close to the entrance of Taishi Mountain Xiangyang Scenic Area. It takes a few steps to go out in the morning to the entrance of the scenic spot. It is very tired to climb Taishi Mountain, but you can go back to the room to rest soon. There is a parking space at the door. The boss is also very enthusiastic. He will come out to help guide the parking and help with luggage. The room is spacious and tidy, clean and refreshing. If you want to go to the more prosperous shopping mall snack street, you can take a taxi to Daqi City for 7 yuan. It takes 40 minutes to walk back after eating. In short, I am very satisfied. The landlady was very welcoming and hospitable. The place was clean and tidy, and the transportation was excellent. It's worth mentioning that when I forgot my ID to buy a ticket to Shaolin Temple, the landlady called and immediately came to pick me up and take me home – so thoughtful! The food was home-style and delicious! There was a small pear tree near the entrance laden with fruit. During my rest, I could stroll through the beautiful countryside; it was very clean and pretty, definitely worth a visit. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

A very elegant B&B with comfortable and hygienic rooms. The host was very friendly and provided suggestions and help that allowed me to successfully complete many visits within the schedule that was originally shortened due to accidents (thank you again ☺️). The B&B is a 5-minute walk from the gate of Taishi Mountain Scenic Area, which is very suitable for mountain climbers.

We had a great experience staying at Heyuan Hotel in Dengfeng. The receptionist was extremely helpful and helped us book taxis to the various tourist attractions and a bus to the high speed train station at the end of our stay. We also got these cards and a note to show the taxi driver so they would know how to find the hotel. Worked perfectly!

The village is very quiet at night. It’s good to go to the Shaolin Temple early in the morning after a good night’s sleep. There aren’t many people there. The boss is very enthusiastic. The B&B is only more than 800 meters away from the entrance of the scenic spot, so I must pick him up. After we had fun the next day, we went to Zhengzhou, and the boss even rode a small electric donkey to deliver our luggage to us.

But you still need to buy a sightseeing bus to the Shaolin Temple Permanent Hospital and Pagoda Forest, otherwise it takes a long time to walk. The hotel has its own restaurant, which is quite convenient.
