Guest UserHighly, highly recommend! This was absolutely the best hotel we stayed at during our half-month trip in Xinjiang. It was such a cozy and comfortable retreat, and incredible value for money. The hotel has a huge courtyard with beautiful lawns and flowers, and even a lovely little calf. It's fantastic for photos! What really stood out was their tri-color cat – so gentle, friendly, and gorgeous. She's incredibly well-behaved, and just gave birth to the cutest kittens a couple of days ago. The hotel rooms are super spacious with excellent amenities, including an 'Xiao Du' smart system and a mini-fridge, making our stay very comfortable. The view from the window was absolutely stunning – highly recommend! Most importantly, the hotel hostess was truly amazing. We had booked a twin room, but she upgraded us to a triple room. Before we even arrived, she contacted us to share important tips for visiting the scenic area. She also picked us up from the station when we got off the bus. Once we were at the hotel, she brought us a ton of snacks, drinks, and a huge platter of watermelon, which was incredibly thoughtful. Friends traveling to Kanas, if you have the chance, you absolutely must stay at this hotel!

The house is a bit old, but it is definitely worth the price. The boss is very enthusiastic and the parking is very tight. The boss watched it for us. Unfortunately, we didn't see it and missed it. Thank you boss! If you come next time, come to live.

The room faces the Populus euphratica forest with snow-capped mountains behind it – the location is absolutely fantastic! The underfloor heating plus electric heating makes it a complete contrast to the cold outdoors, like a world of difference. The owner is very thoughtful, providing full guidance throughout our trip, which greatly enhanced our experience. This trip was definitely worth it!

Glenn0516The hotel is about a hundred meters from the scenic bus drop off point and also near the Hemu Bridge. They host responds quickly and patiently and treats the guest like a family and will recommend you to some good places to eat and cool activities. The rooms are clean and nice. The best thing have a golden retriever that can happily guide you to the sunrise view deck which is very amazing. The coffee shop in front is very cozy and the staff are kind. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend this if you’re visiting Hemu.

The room was excellent, with windows directly overlooking the woods, offering a truly beautiful view. It was a split-level room, ensuring high privacy, and came fully equipped with all necessary toiletries and 24-hour hot water, making for a very comfortable stay. I had looked at many guesthouses in Hemu and selected this one because it was affordably priced and boasted a beautiful setting. My stay here absolutely confirmed it was a great choice. The owner and all the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, practically granting every request. The restaurant's food was very good, catering well to mainland Chinese palates, and the dining environment was also very pleasant. This is definitely a place I would choose to stay at again on my next visit to Hemu.

A very nice hostel! Although the price spiked to over 400 RMB per night during peak season at the end of September, I felt the conditions were acceptable even during peak season.
First of all, it was very clean. You make your own sheets and blankets upon check-in, as they are changed after each guest, so I didn't need my own sleeping bag. The bathroom and toilet were also very clean.
The six-person dorm wasn't particularly spacious. On the night we checked in, five of us had suitcases, and if we opened them all at once, the floor would be covered in suitcases. The bathroom and toilet are in the room, and the sink is also in a separate room, which is a good design as it doesn't conflict with other uses. The biggest surprise was the free washing machine in the room!
Since it was autumn peak season, I booked whatever room was available without paying too much attention. Later, I discovered that ”with window” and ”without window” were both in the same room; the difference was the small window next to the bed in my picture. But this small window bed cost 35 RMB more than the one next to it without a small window… which didn't seem necessary…
The staff were very friendly and answered all my questions. There's a 15% discount on coffee at the hostel. The location is absolutely fantastic! There's a bus stop right across the street, a 3-minute walk to the bridgehead stop to take the bus to the visitor center, and a 30-minute walk to the viewing platform. Eating and drinking at restaurants and bubble tea shops are all readily available nearby.

ZhangjianrongCocoAll services were within our expectations. The only downside was that it felt a bit too hot with the blanket on, but too cold without. I was tossing between hot and cold all night. I wonder how others felt? ... The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions like the bonfire party, the town center, and Hemu Bridge, which is a plus, but it did feel a bit damp. Of course, the price is quite affordable.

Enceladus2The room size was decent. There's no air conditioning, but they provide a cooling fan. It was a bit warm in the early part of the night, but it cooled down later.
I wanted to watch CCTV live on the TV, but the operation was too complicated, so I gave up.
The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but you can go to another hotel nearby for breakfast, which is open to the public. If you walk a few more minutes, there's also a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering noodles and stir-fries at reasonable prices.
About 500 meters away are the Grand Bazaar and a dining center with many shops.
You can take the free No. 2 express bus near the hotel, but be aware that the stops for going and coming back are different, so don't get confused.

The room was clean and tidy with good natural light and ventilation, keeping the air fresh. The soundproofing was excellent, and the bedding was comfortable. All the facilities were quite new and worked perfectly. Its close proximity to the scenic area made our trip very convenient, enjoyable, and relaxing.
