This hotel is a two-story apartment with a bathroom and kitchen, perfect for a family to play with. The hotel is far from the city centre but close to the beach and suitable for a holiday. The service attitude of the boss staff is also very good.

Immaculately clean, spacious with new beds, generous facilities, but the view from the female dorm and balcony, sensational!!!

The best is the cleaning and friendliness of the staff in general. The location is good, but the environment is very noisy. The facial recognition system needed to launch the lift is quite uncomfortable, especially if several people use it at the same time It is not an independent hotel, it is located in a kind of shopping centre and for breakfast you need to take a long trip to a cake shop that is at the entrance of the centre. The breakfast is not very varied. You can make it much better if you want to use the shared kitchen that is on the latest floor. For me that kitchen has been the best of the hotel.

Great communication by staff at all time, helpful with directions, secure parking on site and good breakfast included in the price. Not too far from the beach, a bit of a walk to the Centro of ingleses but ok if you have a car or want to travel by bus/taxi. The accommodation room was very small as there is a spa bath in the same room as the bed and the kitchen area is very small, whole unit smells a bit musty and the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear anything they say! Was good for off season.

Hotel well located, well clean rooms.

A localização é muito boa. É possível se deslocar a pé no centro de Florianópolis com segurança e facilidade. O que deixou a desejar foi as condições das instalações! Colchão, frigobar, móveis bem velhos. Lençol, travesseiros, cobertas, toalhas...bem surradas. A limpeza estava ruim no aspecto das cortinas que estavam com mofo, já o banheiro, apesar de antigo, estava com limpeza regular. Café da manhã simples, mas achei gostoso. Em relação ao custo e benefício, estava bom!
