The breakfast is very complete and served on Sundays from 4:00 AM to 11:00 AM, excellent for those who need to eat very early or for those who want to sleep in. Regarding the facilities, be aware of the peak check-out time, as you may have to wait a long time for the elevator."

"I have been visiting this hotel for a while now. This time it left something to be desired and I will never go back. It was my birthday, I booked it because it had a heated pool. We arrived at the hotel and went to use it, to our surprise it was freezing cold!!! We checked with reception and the attendant said it was “normal”. Afterwards, we questioned another attendant who said it was undergoing maintenance, with no estimated repair date. I was DISAPPOINTED! It was raining, I spent my birthday in the room without being able to enjoy the amenities offered by the hotel. I was treated with disdain. Also, the sheets were STAINED and looked dirty. The wall at the head of the bed was very dusty and moldy. I paid for a 4 star hotel and enjoyed a 2 star. It's a shame, because I used to go to this hotel and really liked it, but the standard has declined and I will never go back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!"

"The best thing is the cleanliness and the overall friendliness of the staff. The location is good, but the surroundings are very noisy. The facial recognition system required to operate the elevator is quite inconvenient, especially if several people are using it at once. It's not an independent hotel. It's located in a sort of shopping center, and for breakfast, you have to take a long walk to a cafe at the entrance. The breakfast isn't very varied. You can prepare your own breakfast if you want to use the shared kitchen on the top floor. For me, that kitchen was the best thing about the hotel."

They ask to book 48 hours before, so if you stay 2 nights, as I did, you'll get all exhausted, so without the thematic dinner for you, only the normal buffet, which is well more or less, everything is requenting. The snacks are the same thing, then imagine that there for 15 hours all is bleak, the decadent infrastructure needs a good reform, all that half broken, enferred, dirty, seems to have stopped in time. That is the general climate, all half mouth, all working half or broken, decadent is the word that I would summarize. The experience was so bad that we weren't even staying on the second night, it was our honeymoon, we decided to go elsewhere to have a real romantic night."
