GGuest UserAlways a pleasure staying at the Pivot. It is clean and staff are friendly. Had a horrible sound in my room, however kind and friendly staff moved me hassle free. The rooms are comfortable and the food is great. I will definitely book here again as it is one of my favorite hotels to stay at when I am in town.

GGuest UserThe hotel has spacious public spaces and a wide variety of meeting rooms to support different meeting needs. The rooms are clean and tidy, but the space is slightly small. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. Breakfast is a regular Western breakfast with a reasonable variety and quantity.
