"Cheap hotel that gets the job done and can easily get to it by bus from the airport (just need to make sure to download the paw pass app). Breakfast was okay consisting of waffles, muffins, yogurts and apples but can't complain for the price. Also the shower wasn't great but plenty of amenities."

"Excellent location if you're heading to the theme parks; it's relatively close and centrally located, and the bus service to the parks is a huge plus. The only downside is the parking; it comes with a fee, and depending on the time of day, finding a spot can be a real nightmare."

GGuest UserI had a prepaid booking.
They charged 800$ for incidentals with the POS that gave the “Approved” status.
We spend like 1k and they locked us outside of the room and asked us to pay this again the whole amount. They did not recognize the initial payment.
Front desk guy Christian very rood, pushing it to the edge of snapping.
Eventually I asked to speak to the manager on duty..he got at the front desk in 20-30 minutes, apologizing and saying that everything is ok with the initial payment.
We spent 1 hour locked outside by this “system error”
The service at the Sofia (downstirs restaurant) is very poor because of the kitchen staff.
The roof top restaurant is quite nice for dinner.
I waited 30 min for the valet to bring my car. The have no f idea of what they’re doing.
You can get only inroom dining after 10pm.
Shuttle service only to Disney parks.

AAidefeiyouerOrlando Disney was absolutely fantastic! The service and facilities were excellent. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and there was always someone available 24/7 to assist. The lobby also features a Fuel convenience store where you can pick up drinks, fruit, and sandwiches, which was incredibly convenient! Both the Dolphin and Swan resorts offer frequent shuttle boats to all the parks. Will definitely be back!

Ssome3750In a newly developed area. All facilities are new and smart (including light buttons/smart toilets, etc.). The four pillows seem to be at different heights, which is very considerate and comfortable. The mineral water provided by the hotel is very delicious.
There are several good restaurants in the hotel. There are also very good coffee shops and a shopping mall within walking distance.
What I don't like is that the place where the shower gel is placed in the bathroom is very low? The previous guest can step there to take a shower. It doesn't seem very hygienic to put the facial cleanser in these places~ Everything else is good.
If you don't mind being a little far from the Disney park, I highly recommend this place~

AAislinn ChengThe only thing about the hotel that I felt was deducted was the time I had to wait for the elevator during the peak check-out period in the morning (I usually come back late at night).
My room is on the 21st floor (21/27), which is considered a relatively high floor. I had to wait for more than 15 minutes before I could go to the lobby smoothly after pressing the elevator button. It really doesn’t look like what a hotel elevator should look like... (It is recommended to allow more time for going out/checking out)
Other than that, I am quite satisfied with the hotel room and location.
Uber to Disneyland is around US14-25. The journey is all within 30 minutes~
However, there is no kettle for boiling hot water in the hotel room. There is also a freezer, which is a big advantage. There is also a 24-hour mart downstairs (but Starbucks does not reserve 15 minutes of queuing time in the morning, so you can’t buy it at all)
Summary: It’s a nice stay and the supporting facilities are okay.

RRytel ReynoldsAbsolutely beautiful resort. We drove and arrived very late, staff was accommodating and got us to our room right away as we were very tired. Staff was top notch, room was immaculate and welcoming. Multiple pools to choose from, multiple restaurants to choose from. They offered fun family activities throughout the week that we stayed such as nightly movies, scavenger hunts, pool party, tie-dye shirts, plenty of arts and crafts to choose from for the week, so much fun! The only complaint we had was birds around the pool at the dig site kept pooping in the pool so the pool kept closing for maintenance. It was great that they kept closing to clean and re-check the pool pH it was just more annoying than anything because it had closed multiple times one day when it was 90° in very hot. Other than that everything was great! The cafeteria food was great and we also tried the three bridges restaurant which was excellent as well!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is very good, the closest to MK. You can take a small train from the second floor of the hotel to MK in one stop. There are a lot of people taking the train from MK at night. At this time, you can go to Pier 2 to take a cruise back to the hotel. You only need to stay in one hotel during your entire trip to Orlando Disney, and you don’t need to change hotels at all (don’t ask me how I know). This hotel has cruise ships, trains, buses to choose from, and you can also use UBER, which is very convenient.
The hotel room is large and very clean. There is a handheld shower, which is not the kind that can’t be removed from the wall, which is also convenient.
The hotel restaurant closes on time at 21:00. We came back late and didn’t have dinner. We ate half a bag of biscuits. If you want to go back to the hotel for dinner, you have to arrange the time.

GGuest UserThe location, amenities, etc. were great. I will upload photos. Our coffee maker did not work. In the bathroom, there was no switch for the fan.  there was rust in the bathtub, so no one could take a bath. This morning I went to shower and one of the clean towels folded above the toilet, once opened, had a Miller light beer cap stuck to the towel with two dirty spots.
Very, very, very disappointing. At breakfast, the only coffee maker that worked was outside of the dining area.

NNigelShuttle bus arrived shortly after we made contact. Helpful/pleasant driver. Hotel reception very pleasant and helpful. Room was great and just what we wanted for our 1 night stay after our 15 hour journey. Breakfast was basic but very adequate in the morning. Friendly check out and our booked 0900 shuttle to the airport went well. For a short stay at a great price, I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThe room facilities are relatively new and clean. However, the hotel often deducts money, and even reopens the pre-authorization deduction from your credit card after you leave the hotel. There are also repeated charges for room fees. Not recommended, be careful of pitfalls.

GGuest UserThe hotel staff were all very polite and did their best to help with any small questions or problems.
However, the room had a constantly running faucet, which needs repair. Additionally, there were cockroaches everywhere, so people who are sensitive to that might not be able to stay here. There were also dead cockroaches inside the refrigerator, raising doubts about whether proper cleaning is being done.
