"Shuttle bus arrived shortly after we made contact. Helpful/pleasant driver. Hotel reception very pleasant and helpful. Room was great and just what we wanted for our 1 night stay after our 15 hour journey. Breakfast was basic but very adequate in the morning. Friendly check out and our booked 0900 shuttle to the airport went well. For a short stay at a great price, I thoroughly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is located very near Disney World and is a good option if you do not wish to spend extravagantly at the Disney resorts. The room comes with a kitchenette and makes it convenient to cook meals (Target is just across the hotel!). Cleanliness of the room can be improved - do note that you have to request for housekeeping, otherwise your room will not be cleaned."

Ssome3750In a newly developed area. All facilities are new and smart (including light buttons/smart toilets, etc.). The four pillows seem to be at different heights, which is very considerate and comfortable. The mineral water provided by the hotel is very delicious.
There are several good restaurants in the hotel. There are also very good coffee shops and a shopping mall within walking distance.
What I don't like is that the place where the shower gel is placed in the bathroom is very low? The previous guest can step there to take a shower. It doesn't seem very hygienic to put the facial cleanser in these places~ Everything else is good.
If you don't mind being a little far from the Disney park, I highly recommend this place~

AAislinn ChengThe only thing about the hotel that I felt was deducted was the time I had to wait for the elevator during the peak check-out period in the morning (I usually come back late at night).
My room is on the 21st floor (21/27), which is considered a relatively high floor. I had to wait for more than 15 minutes before I could go to the lobby smoothly after pressing the elevator button. It really doesn’t look like what a hotel elevator should look like... (It is recommended to allow more time for going out/checking out)
Other than that, I am quite satisfied with the hotel room and location.
Uber to Disneyland is around US14-25. The journey is all within 30 minutes~
However, there is no kettle for boiling hot water in the hotel room. There is also a freezer, which is a big advantage. There is also a 24-hour mart downstairs (but Starbucks does not reserve 15 minutes of queuing time in the morning, so you can’t buy it at all)
Summary: It’s a nice stay and the supporting facilities are okay.

MManbahaowangbiThe hotel was perfect. It's less than 20 minutes from the convention center, so transportation is decent. The breakfast was simple. The room was clean, and the stay was quiet. The price was too high during the exhibition, and there was a shortage of rooms. Luckily, I booked early for just over a thousand. They offer a free shuttle to the exhibition hall. Outlets are right next door, a 5-minute drive away. There are also a few restaurants nearby. For Cantonese Chinese food, you have to go to YH Seafood, a Michelin-starred restaurant that's always packed, so reservations are a must.

We took our entire three generation family there from the UK a couple of years ago and this year we effectively added a two day stay onto a two week villa rental vacation just so that we could revisit the hotel and play the golf course. We did have a few complaints about two things.
We visited the Italian restaurant’ Cala Bella’ and whilst we enjoyed most of our starters we didn’t really enjoy our main courses with the food feeling pre prepared and warmed up rather than fresh. We sent some back and there was no quibble about taking these off the bill but it was a disappointing dining experience. For that money in a top class hotel everything should be freshly prepared
We felt that some of the charges were excessive, a 20% service charge on a $30 self serve breakfast buffet is scandalous . Similarly $32/day for self parking felt excessive.
This was our third visit to this hotel- will there be a fourth ?

RRytel ReynoldsAbsolutely beautiful resort. We drove and arrived very late, staff was accommodating and got us to our room right away as we were very tired. Staff was top notch, room was immaculate and welcoming. Multiple pools to choose from, multiple restaurants to choose from. They offered fun family activities throughout the week that we stayed such as nightly movies, scavenger hunts, pool party, tie-dye shirts, plenty of arts and crafts to choose from for the week, so much fun! The only complaint we had was birds around the pool at the dig site kept pooping in the pool so the pool kept closing for maintenance. It was great that they kept closing to clean and re-check the pool pH it was just more annoying than anything because it had closed multiple times one day when it was 90° in very hot. Other than that everything was great! The cafeteria food was great and we also tried the three bridges restaurant which was excellent as well!

GGuest UserThe room facilities are relatively new and clean. However, the hotel often deducts money, and even reopens the pre-authorization deduction from your credit card after you leave the hotel. There are also repeated charges for room fees. Not recommended, be careful of pitfalls.

GGuest UserI basically booked for the location- being a woman solo traveller this is one of the only non Disney hotels that Mears connect airport buses serves (didn't want to get a taxi when my flight arrived in Orlando at 11pm by myself). The other perk is you get is early admission into the Disney parks for your say. Baring in mind I only stayed 2 nights, I'm not sure that the equivalent of £60! Resort fee I had to pay extra was worth it. The hotel was clean, motel style, akin to any other hotel in Orlando really. Arriving at midnight, I wanted to book the free Disney shuttle for the same day (which you can only do when you arrive) but it had sold out for the time that would get me to Hollywood studios for in time for early entry next morning! Luckily I managed to get on this without a booking. Overall the hotel is nice- but not worth it for a short stay not using the pool, unless youre a solo traveller worried about safety.

1. I confirmed with the hotel 2 days prior to my arrival they we would be there and they confirmed my reservation.
2. Date of arrival our flight got delayed. I contacted the hotel and confirmed my late arrival due to flight delay. They confirmed.
3. We arrive and the hotel didn’t have a room for us of the type we paid for. Fortunately they had a room but we’d have to move the next day.
4. We were compensated with free parking. That was appreciated.
5. Moved to our new room and the stench that came from the pullout bed cannot be described. It eas horrible. The entire room was filled by the pungent odor. Of course, this was discovered at night.
6. Spoke to the night manager and asked if they could swap the mattress out or change rooms and they said not likely. They gave me some points. Gee, that took care of the smell…
7. Next morning an older gentleman was on staff as manager and he was on it when I spoke with him. He had the maintenance crew in the room within 20 minutes. They took out the old mattress and replaced it with an almost new looking one.
You get what you pay for. Though they resolved our issues we decided to leave half way thru our trip. It was not worth it. The rooms are not in good condition as they appear on their website.
I appreciate their effort but to have to struggle with the staff multiple times, not worth it. We ended up staying at a WDW property with of course, we should have done since the beginning.

KKathyJV1. Initially we were put in a very substandard room. I had to complain to the front desk and then they moved us to an acceptable one (why didn't they do that in the first place?)
2. We stayed for 5 nights and only on the last day did they clean the room...unacceptable
3. Nobody is ever at the front desk to answer the phone when you call for something so you literally had to go downstairs in the cold to talk to someone
4. The carpet outside the room (#10308) and along the entire walkway to the elevator was soaked with water from a leak somewhere.
On a positive side, the bartender was very nice and the Manager was very helpful when we eventually spoke with her.
