"We had a wonderful stay at this resort and truly appreciate the exceptional service provided by the staff. The front desk team was incredibly helpful—when my husband thought he had dropped his wallet in the car during our transit from the pier, they went above and beyond by checking the CCTV to help us track the car plate number. With their help, we discovered that the wallet was not left in the van. Eventually, we realized it had been dropped in a Grab car during our journey from Cebu City to Pier 1 Cebu, and we were able to successfully recover it. We are very grateful for their effort and support throughout the process. From the first day we checked in, the front desk staff noticed that my son was not feeling well. They kindly informed us that the resort has a nurse available and encouraged us to reach out if needed. On the third day, my 4-year-old son’s diarrhea became more serious, and the staff once again showed genuine care and concern. They arranged for a nurse to check on him, who provided helpful advice and referred us to a clinic doctor the next morning. This gave us great peace of mind as parents. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the pool—it was excellent. Overall, the warm hospitality made our stay even more memorable. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the resort, the purple yam porridge is very nice. All the staff were very kind, helpful, friendly, and warm. We would definitely come back again if we travel to Bohol. One small suggestion would be to add a gym room for guests, which would make the facilities even more complete. "This is one gem in the heart of Panglao away from hustle and bustle if you want a quiet holiday. Family friendly that has everything you need. Good variety buffet breakfast and bar cocktail in the swimming pool. Walk further at the back and you’ll be at the beach but the beach seems polluted because of so many boats docked there and since it is the pick up point for island hopping. Be careful walking in the water as the area is sea urchins nest. Locals collect them in the afternoon and sell to passers by. Very nice for sunset photo shoots. The rooms of the hotel is descent in terms of size and very clean. Bathroom is well supplied and even an outdoor rubber slippers are provided. Swimming pool is regularly cleaned and heated. Reception area is very cozy and can be humid since this is not an airconditioned room. Staff are warm and very accommodating from the reception to front man and in buffet area. You can choose Tuktuk or Grab for transportation to go to Alona beach which is the heart of Bohol were you can shop, dine, drink and stroll. This is kinda little Boracay."

"had a pleasant stay for 3 nights!! the staff are very friendly and accommodating towards our requests & queries. searched reviews about them before booking, it's true that they serve good food with an affordable price. as for the noise, we didn't encounter unbearable ones and still had a good night sleep for 3 nights. i definitely recommend this whether you are a couple, friends, or a family."

"This resort is over ratedd. the only thing only good thing is the location on the beach.. Boked a sea viw room the amount of money they charge and the value for your money is 2 out of 5. needs renovattion Road leading to the hotel is all broken rooms are outdatwd.including bedding and bathroom only one resturant and bar. need more F&B outlet. no entertapinment on a friday nighr the place was very quiet wven though they sapid its sold out breakfast not many choices compare to other resorts of the same value. need to train there staff in resturant. no service"

"The hotel environment is very good. McDonald's in the city center is also very close. The front desk can help you call a taxi. It only takes 5 minutes to get there. The breakfast is mainly American, clean and hygienic. Due to personal negligence, a Bluetooth headset was left in the hotel. Thank you for the help of Michelle, the hotel staff. She was very patient and kind to help send the express and send the detailed express tracking number. Thank you again, Michelle🙏"
