The rooms have a lovely tropical vibe, and the breakfast is fantastic. Haidee and Marlon at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful.

The bedding was soft and cozy, providing an excellent night's sleep with absolutely no noise disturbances. The bathroom was spotless, and the hot water was consistent and convenient to use. The staff were friendly, attentive, and promptly resolved any issues. The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, immaculately clean, with thoughtful touches evident everywhere. The location is excellent, making travel easy, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. It offers incredible value for money, and my overall experience was perfect. Highly recommended!

KKuyz ChueeThe restaurant supervisor and crew greeted my mom with a birthday song and a cake during our stay. It was nice for them to do that. The photographers also made a way for the complimentary photoshoot to push through despite the inclement weather; my mom liked the photos very much. You wouldn’t need to go far to eat or to buy daily needs or for pasalubong since there’s a mall with 7-11, pasalubong shops, and restaurants like Buzz by Bohol Fee Farm. For me, the best part of the resort is the beach itself, because the northwest corner of Panglao is less frequented by tourists, hence marine life thrives better here and it’s much more serene. I would like to come back here again. Thank you, Modala! 🫰

AAnonymous UserOur stay at Only Seed Resort was truly delightful. One of the standout features was the large pool—spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxation. It really makes an impression and greatly enhances the overall experience.
What made our visit even better was the excellent service. The manager Reya and her team, Trisy, Judy, Tresa, Lira, and Caty, were incredibly attentive, friendly, and caring. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable.
Only Seed Resort is definitely a wonderful place to unwind, and the staff's warm hospitality makes it even more special.

PPaolo UIt was great stay for two nights in Harmony Hotel. We never experienced the mosquito problem others shared.
Only problem was the toilet flooring not being leveled proper so water will go straight to drain.
Ms Anne, the reception was very corteous. Also, they let me do luggage storage as I needed to early chrck-out but cant proceed to next hotel yet because of scheduled activity
Easy to fly drones out fron their rooms with balconies.

GGuest UserA fantastic experience! The hotel is located halfway up a mountain, offering views of both the mountains and the sea. It's also close to nearby attractions. The staff were very welcoming and helpful with our luggage (there are many steps). The rooms were clean and tidy, which I was very satisfied with. The best part was that there were three different swimming pools in different areas, perfect for a family. Oh, and the owner even set up a cat café, which was a lovely touch.

KKsu 93The photos don't reflect what you'll actually get; they must be old. We had an 'enhanced' room, and I dread to imagine what the standard ones are like. The room was tiny, and you had to walk through the restaurant to get to it. You could hear the kitchen working and music from outside. But the biggest issue was the bathroom: it has a window that looks out onto the main corridor. My tall husband confirmed you can see everything if you peek in, especially if the shower curtain isn't fully closed! Plus, the room's 'terrace' also opens into the corridor. On the beach outside, they're building stairs for access, so if you're coming soon, be prepared for construction work. We stayed one night and moved to another hotel. We tried to cancel the remaining days, but the hotel wouldn't approve the cancellation.

EElizaveta VThe hotel is located in an isolated place, so it is very convenient to rent a bike or a tricycle to get to the town or to the nearest restaurant. There is a small private beach, but there are a lot of plants and a lot of boats. I loved the service - you can call the massage or manicure master, grab a drink at the beach bar, lie down near the beach and enjoy the service. They also provided me a bike rent with delivery. The room is in zebra style - very nice and comfy. The only thing I disliked - the room is very small, it is basically tiny, though it had a terrace which a view of the hotel stairs which I found useless.
