"Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our experience. The hotel’s direct beach access was a huge plus, especially for the kids, who had a great time.
My main feedback is regarding the breakfast restaurant. I think both the service and dining environment could be improved. The air conditioning wasn’t sufficient to keep the entire dining area comfortable, especially during busy hours.
The breakfast seating arrangement could also be managed better. Since the downstairs dining area was full, we were assigned a table upstairs. However, the food selection upstairs was very limited, so we had to go back and forth downstairs several times to get the food we wanted. It seemed that the restaurant lacked sufficient space to comfortably accommodate the number of guests during breakfast, which affected the overall dining experience.
Other than that, we had a good stay and appreciated the hotel’s excellent beachfront location."
