SSuhailiEnjoy and happy for our trip. Easy location. Good service and facilities. Near the center city. Clean and comfortable rooms with complete facilities. Worth and satisfied with the value of money paid for the accommodation.

PPEICHANThe hotel room is very small, at first we get a double bed room without windows. The air conditioner was not functioning. When we told the receptionist, she change a double bed room with windows for me. Very disappointed as the air conditioner is functioning but not cold. Luckily we can open the windows to get some natural wind. This is the only downside. The breakfast only has nasi lemak and bread. It is acceptable as the room price is cheap. Anyway, the location of the hotel is really good, walking distance to Jetty, Lumut waterfront, KFC , restaurants and all the snack shops.

The hotel is near the teluk batik beach and marina Pangkor.
A lot of eateries and convenience stores accessible by foot.
The room was spacious. The bathroom had a good water pressure.
Need to improve on the hygiene aspect especially in the toilet.
There was no lift provided.
It was a good budget stay.

GGuest UserThe yard outside the house is a bit messy, not swept and there is a lot of trash. Inside the house, it is a bit clean. The air cooler makes a loud noise because it has been installed for a long time. The TV does not work from the moment I enter until I leave. The room is clean, but the towels provided are dusty and itchy after use.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The double bed is in the bedroom, while the single bed is in the living room in front of the TV. The living room also has a mini-fridge, kettle, bar table, and a sink, and it's quite spacious. There's a 2-seater sofa and a 1-seater sofa. It's suitable for 3 adults. The toilet has a water heater.

GGuest UserRoom cleanliness was subpar. The bathroom shower head lacked a holder, and the double bed was creaky. Any requests were met with unfriendly service. My first stay was acceptable, but the second time was a major disappointment and far from customer-friendly.
