"Check in slow for the most part. Staff are very helpful. The slide and pool are great. The massage and spa place is very warm and welcoming, very relaxing. Close to the beach, only pet peeve is being rushed out of the breakfast hall and stood over when the time reaches ten am as they need to clean and prep"

T. EmLoved this hotel! Went with my husband and 9 month old baby. Location was perfect. The hotel had a beach just opposite. Room was cleaned everyday. Excellent housekeeping staff. Shoutout to Halima and her friend on the first floor. Another shoutout to Hajar at the reception area for making our stay perfect and helping us sort our room out as the first room given was not accommodating with our little one. Friendly staff at the restaurant too.

Normal. Very interesting interior, but very dark. Living on the second floor, nothing can be seen in the room. Always half dark. And so, in general, everything liked.
Service is good. All polite, helpful with any questions.
There are no shops nearby where you could buy fruit.
But it 's on the coast as a whole.

Guest UserI love this hotel but needs much improvement and needs better facilities in the hotel and breakfast needs to improve and WiFi is awful bad, the bedroom floors needs to be cleaned more often and cleaning laundry needs to be more cheaper for service in my opinion.

Pam28Staying just one night was more than enough; the hotel desperately needs maintenance and a renovation. The windows don't close properly, so you'll hear all the outside noise. The room is bland with no decoration, the pillows are too thick, and there are no power outlets on either side of the bed. The bathroom is quite dated. The pool closes very early. Breakfast isn't great; only one out of two toasters works, and the staff present couldn't care less. The orange juice is watered down – seriously, don't skimp on that when oranges are so cheap. There were no small spoons for the fruit salad, and the machine-dispensed hot chocolate was mediocre. My first time here, but definitely my last, thanks but no thanks.

Guest UserVery happy and pleasantly surprised. Having stayed many times at a comparable hotel (50 yards away) I was quietly confident with my stay (despite reviews) but the reality of my stay was better than expected. There'll be reviews giving it lower rating but let's be realistic. For the money, location, pool, sun terrace and service you can't do better! Unfortunately for me a private matter meant I had to check out early but I will definitely return. Cleaning was exceptional, room comfort very good and WiFi better than other hotels. Pool area was quiet, location means you pick up street noise but being higher than street level I hardly noticed it. Sunset views need to be seen

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff at reception and security.
Beautiful room with cleaning done.
Quite far from the beach.
Nice swimming pool but too bad the club next door plays loud music late at night.
Hearty breakfast but organization needs to be reviewed to avoid waiting.
Very nice gym but paid for, too bad it's not included in the price of the room like many other hotels.

Dear friends! Never rely on guest reviews of a hotel. I read a lot, and when I arrived here, I was looking for everything they wrote about.
And I found nothing, except maybe the quality of the towels.
For a 3-star hotel, it's simply superb.
Large grounds, many pools, and a wide variety of meats, fish, vegetables, and fruits.
It has its own beach with sun loungers. There's always room.
The animation team is simply superb. They entertain all day and in the evening there's a disco and a performance in the amphitheater.
Twice, national music groups came.
At 3:00 PM, everyone sings the Agadir national anthem in unison. Very beautiful.
The hotel grounds are very beautiful. Lots of bars.
Although they do have some restrictions on hard liquor. They make a variety of cocktails.
In short, book this hotel and you won't regret it. Morocco surprised and delighted us with the quality of service! Thank you so much!
I'll upload the photo later.

Guest UserThe hotel location and food absolutely fab. Would recommend and come again.
But unfortunately the bar was away from the restaurant even going for a cup of tea was hard.
As i am a wheelchair user was hard. I went to reception to ask for a wheelchair i was sent to enquiries. Which only had 2 wheelchairs available in the 3 hotels. One was being used the second was available. The rim was on but the the wheel was off and no foot rest. Unfortunately for safety reasons i didn’t take it. For 7 days i had been waiting for it to be fixed but no. Then the option they gave me was hiring one which was costing far too much for a day!!!
