"Upon entry we needed a small bottle of water to take medicine and we didn’t exchange any money yet. They made us pay £1.30 for a bottle of water when it should’ve been free because hotels provide free water in each room. We then find out a small bottle of water in the area costs 5 dirhams which is 40p. The doormen were very helpful & friendly. In the restaurant during breakfast, they provided croissants, tea/coffee/hot chocolate, yoghurt, omelette, salads & few dishes. Potential bed bugs as me and my husband developed lots of red itchy spots on our skin after the first sleep. They did not provide the usual amenities which you would expect in a 4 star hotel. E.g. water bottle, tea & coffee options in the room, cotton buds, shower cap, toothbrush & toothpaste. Location is great & 5 min walk from the beach, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut & other food places."

"The room was very bad. The hotel staff entered the room to steal. The hotel retrieved the records of entering the room. The staff entered the room once at 8:37 in the morning. We were sleeping at the time and didn't know she came in. The explanation given by the hotel was that they would check the room every morning. I wanted to ask what she was going to check at 8:30 when everyone was sleeping. Then we went down to have breakfast at 9:43. The staff entered the room again at 9:46 and didn't clean any hygiene or change bath products for us that day. What did she go in for? The answer was obvious. The most outrageous thing was that we were going out to play again the next day, but due to personal problems, I stayed in the room for a short rest, and my friend left first. Then, after just cleaning, a staff member swiped his card to enter my room. After seeing me, he said he came to change towels. The key point was that she didn't change towels and left. The hotel also continued to cover up and said that they would check again. It was really funny. Later, I confronted the hotel and they asked me why I didn't put these things in the safe? It's really outrageous. Don't stay in this hotel!"

"*1/5 Stars - Disappointing Experience* I would not recommend this place. The service was extremely poor. Here are a few issues I encountered: - No lift, even on the 3rd floor, which was quite inconvenient. Ashtma patients , disabled people can't think to live here , rrquested for changing room due to disability, no room change , -No refund if you want to cancel it. -No proper air conditioning , in hot weather's - No porters to help with luggage. - Lack of a warm welcome. - Although the location is scenic, it's hard to find, and taxi drivers seem unfamiliar with the area. - The staff was rude and unwelcoming. - The building looks old and outdated. - The rooms were tiny. Overall, my stay was disappointing. Unless they address these issues, I wouldn't suggest staying here."

"We were very disappointed with our stay. From the moment we arrived, the experience fell far below expectations. The room was not clean or comfortable, and the overall condition of the accommodation was poor and clearly neglected. It felt like the bare minimum was being done to maintain the place. The worst part by far was the breakfast. It was shockingly bad – very limited options, poor quality food and found a warm in my food and items were not fresh. It felt like no thought or care had gone into it at all. Staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, and the atmosphere in the breakfast area was unwelcoming. Overall, this stay was not enjoyable in the slightest. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and we definitely will not be returning."

"We stayed here for 4 days. Good for the price, however the amenities are very basic. We were allocated the wrong room type on arrival, and reception staff weren't very helpful, until I got Trip.com involved, and we were moved to a different room straight away. Kudos! The room didn't have a fridge, so don't expect that when you go. You can borrow a wine cooler of ice from the bar, that's what we did. Probably would stay here again, as it was so cheap."

"We were disappointed with the room. The wardrobe shelf fell on my son because it was missing hooks. The kitchen is not functional, there is no glass, no plate, nothing ... the bathroom had mold stains on the ceiling. We had no hot water in the evening. The welcome is warm, the breakfast is correct but it is better to have lunch outside."

"Hello romantic riad but not chic, neither classy nor even Moroccan..denaturalize a typically Moroccan riad in an Indian room that is frankly bad taste, pay for a suite at 230 euros and have a shower head without fixing, really low. TV only local, no French channels and a strong but very strong smell of rose or jasmine in all the hotel we like flowers but not to that extent it stings your throat in the evening and the sneezing no let's not talk...I advise you to go elsewhere you will find a lot better for less and at least you will help the local economy. I will end with “madam the owner who has the austere hello know that I had taken the most expensive suite in the hotel and when meeting you at reception neither a smile nor a little welcome tea. I am disappointed!"
