"Bellissimo hotel in una posizione molto comoda e centrale: letteralmente sulla via principale del centro di Ischia.
Le camere sono piccole ma funzionali. Forse un po’ datate. Il personale soprattutto alla reception è veramente cordiale e disponibile. Reception anche di notte. L’hotel forse andrebbe un po’ ristrutturato ( visto che la zona solarium con piccola piscina era chiusa) e le camere andrebbero insonorizzate. La mi camera era poi vicina ad una camera di servizio per pulizie ed io sentivo letteralmente tutto al mattino. Inoltre dovrebbe essere comunicato che la tassa di soggiorno è passata da 2€ a 4€ al giorno ( il doppio !! ).

This hotel was the perfect hotel for our short trip to Ischia. Lorenzo was fabulous and make some great recommendations. We ate in a local restaurant at the hot out which was delicious. We then ate upstairs in the Aragonese restaurant and it was also very delicious. Make use of the spa if you can, it’s nice and relaxing. Also, the bed was so so comfortable and the pillows were great too!

The location of the hotel is very good, you can see it when you get off the boat, it is very convenient to walk for 3 minutes. The traffic is also very good, there is a bus stop nearby to take the bus to Forio, casamicciola and other places.
The scenery is great, the room is large and very clean. Service is also very good

The Hermitage Resort & Thermal Spa Hotel is a top-class accommodation for all types of travelers. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and stylishly furnished. The staff is very friendly and premature, and the service is excellent.
A special highlight of the hotel is the home restaurant, which serves a variety of delicious dishes from local and international cuisine. The quality of the food is excellent and the atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and invited.
The location of the hotel is ideal as it is near Castello Aragoneze and many restaurants.
Overall, the hotel offers a great experience and is an excellent choice for travellers looking for comfort, quality and first-class service.

Five-star praise. The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the central station, a few minutes walk, very convenient to travel. The lobby manager is warm and efficient, the hotel food is particularly delicious, the room is warm and the various services are very good, the cleaning room aunt is very warm and it is recommended. I will choose this one if I have the opportunity to stay in the future.

Hôtel très propre ! Personnel accueillant , service de qualité ! Piscine et bassin thermal très propres et bien entretenus!
Très bon emplacement pour se promener dans la ville de Porto Ischia et visiter l’île.
Les meubles des chambres sont un feu défraîchis mais le matelas du lit très confortable. La douche de la salle de bain est très petite.
Le petit déjeuner est complet et copieux. Le service bar au bord de la piscine est très agréable.
