"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, doing everything they could to make our stay comfortable. Every request was met with a smile, and we truly felt like valued guests, surrounded by care and hospitality. The breakfasts were a highlight — hearty, varied, and delicious, enjoyed each morning on the terrace with a beautiful view. It was also very convenient that the hotel has its own restaurant, where we had lovely dinners in the evenings. We would love to come back again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a warm atmosphere!"

"Carlo should run for Mayor of Ischia for all the passion he releases and the love for this magnificent land. Relais Bijoux Ischia is a corner of Paradise that requires at least a week to fully enjoy and unplug. We had a short stay and it's fine, if you can't stay for more days... but we will definitely be back! Spacious and clean rooms, excellent service, delicious breakfast with homemade cakes and 0 km products, concierge service and transport to/from the port. Magnificent view."

"It's a great shame not to enhance a tree with an excellent location! Dilapidated building, neglected and lacking maintenance (broken and dirty skirting boards, paint peeling from the wall both internally and externally etc....) Despite having paid for a superior sea view (partial view!!!!) the rooms are small and without comfort. The canteen, because that's what you can call it, terrible with staff, especially the second course attendant, rude and disrespectful. Despite having paid for full board I am forced to go for lunch and dinner elsewhere. Shame"

"The hotel is a beautiful place for those foreigners who are already initiated into the nature of Italy. You can relax here in a truly italian way: the hotel is an oasis of greenery (a beautiful garden), experiencing the culture of a thermal spa (which the entire island is) and exceptional peace (the majority of guests at the hotel are Italians in retirement age). The food is delicious. I recommend the option of 2 meals, because the second is a real Italian 4-course dinner, a different menu every day, a different set of local specialties. Drinks during dinner are payable (like HB mode). Once a week there is a more formal dinner, with live music. And apart from that, peace, without any "entertainment" or other "animations". You can relax well here. Thermal water in both pools provides relief. In the internal one, the water is hot, there are hydromassages. Sauna and gym are closed - they probably make sense out of season, not in the real heat in summer. The hotel probably has a long history, the staff is very professional and nice. So in opposite to other recent commenters, I was very satisfied. It was a real italian vacation:)"

"Hotel is in a great location, the pool area is lovely and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite dated, if you look too closely you will see it needs work doing to it. The rooms are clean but basic, one side of the bed had a lamp the other didn’t. We requested a lamp but it never came. Products in the bathroom are poor, take your own! Some of the plug sockets didn’t work. But we weren’t in the room much only for sleeping and getting changed so the location made up for the rest of it."

"We returned to this hotel again and the same high standards prevail. A peaceful setting for a really relaxing visit to Ischia. Delicious food, served expertly, lovely wine and cocktails from Ciro, spotless room service and pool, all helped to make the holiday perfect. The hotel is placed in the centre of the main shopping area Via Roma, but a few minutes walk from the beach with all the bars and loungers you could need. So good, we are returning in September! Highly recommend this hotel."

"This beautiful hotel had such a great location ; walking distance to the harbour , to the beach and shops, restaurants etc . It was a great base for exploring the island and lots of walking . Breakfast was great , a typical Italian offering. Our room had a balcony and we absolutely loved it . The staff at the desk were always lovely and friendly . Cafes and bars were literally next door and across the street. We appreciated having a fridge and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful time here for the 3 nights ."
