Spa Hotels in Abano Terme

They gave a bad view from the balcony, went to the respiratory and asked to change the room. They gave a choice of two. They chose the third floor with a view to the wet pool in February. Breakfast is uniform. Dinner is chic, on order, choice of four dishes for the first and second. There were crabs. A bottle of water for 3 euros. The spa complex of two pools, on the street water +30. A chic salt room, sauna, ice room. They issued a swimming pool hat.

The hotel is very beautiful and very cost-effective

The hotel has a very nice classical equipment. Unfortunately, the service has not promised us at all. Not suitable for families with children. When check-in we had to know that we had to pay extra 100,- EUR per night for our 5-year-old daughter in our booked Junior suite. She does not need extra bed, breakfast a bread and has needed 3 towels in 4 nights. The service staff was very unfriendly and had no grace yet to speak well. Something was wrong with the booking. I think I have been looking for a hotel room for 2 adults and a child. I wasn't surprised that only 2 people were on the confirmation, because we in Germany pay per room and not per person. The lady then accompanys us to the room. When we asked her to put a bed over both beds, she said no problem, went and was no longer seen. Before she had insisted to bring us into the room and explain everything to us. So we were not explained either WiFi or the beautiful SPA area. Also at breakfast the staff was very distant. I felt that the other guests were treated much more friendly. I think we weren't the hotel's target group. We'll never return there and I'm annoyed about the 1400,- EUR we paid for 4 nights. We wanted to use the hotel to get some recovery after long metering days. That was not the case.

Hotel molto pulito vicinissimo alla zona pedonale. Personale sempre molto gentile . Camera arredata in stile moderno molto pulita. Sicuramente torneremo

Hotel located near the city centre. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean and in excellent conditions. I have very well sleeped the mattress has ensured a great rest. Sweet breakfast and salad well as buffet. Restaurant with first and second choice with fish and vegan meat. The thermal area is well maintained, for treatments I advise Mrs. Tiziana who is very professional and careful to the customer. If you come in the car there is a parking.The sweet caramel smell of liquid soap is the only negative note I feel to do ( this is subjective ). I'll certainly come back because I could enjoy late check out. Thank you for your good holiday!

Appena arrivati abbiamo dovuto cambiare la camera per due volte perché diverse cose non andavano, poi per non cambiare in continuazione essendo stanchi, abbiamo accettato la terza camera e siamo rimasti lì nonostante tutte cose che non andavano come: tapparella rotta non andava giù, l'acqua non scorreva bene nel lavabo e hanno dovuto sturarla per scorrere bene, il sopra cerchio del water si muoveva tutto, l'asciuga capelli non funzionava, hanno dovuto togliere una la lampadina sopra lo specchio perché il filo elettrico era fuori, quindi anche pericoloso perché c'era la doccia vicina. Poi cerano lavori in corso e parcheggi stretti. La SPA non è niente di speciale. l personale non era poi tanto gentile e accogliente come dovrebbe essere. Colazione scarsa molto scasa. La struttura è tutta da rinnovare e il prezzo non corrisponde a quello che si dovrebbe ricevere. Peccato che non ho fatto delle foto per dimostrarvi la visione delle cose, ho imparato per la prossima volta. Tutto nell'insieme siamo rimasti molto delusi e non ci torneremo più a dare tutto quel denaro a un Hotel di 4 stelle che non brillano. Se non ci credete, fate voi stessi un controllo per i vostri sostenitori o clienti e verificate se le cose stanno effettivamente così, ma in questo periodo. Cordiali saluti Antonio Politi

Struttura arredata in stile retro' un po' datato. Personale gentile e disponibile.Cibo di buona qualita' in parte a buffet e in parte à la carte con menu fisso e portate a scelta.Camere ristrutturate essenziali ma dotate di tutto il necessario.Piscine con acqua termale esterne piccole per la capienza della struttura soprattutto se a pieno regime.Non collegate tra loro e con poca attrattiva..Da migliorare... Nel complesso esperienza soddisfacente

The outdoor pool is beautifully located, but it is a little lacking of hydromassage; the indoor pool is comfortable and with a couple of bikes;; Turkish bathroom and small sauna still pleasant; The first floor washing room is comfortable for those who spend one day in the pool. Our living room and bathroom were in the middle, but with the mattresses too hard for my taste, and, as the only really bad note, a refrigerator was missing, even if there was a accommodation next to the desk. Overall, a good price quality ratio.
