A great hotel with relaxed rest. Large spacious rooms. They are already a little bit out of the way, but still in good condition. Comfortable bed. Beautiful breakfasts and excellent spa zone. Responsible staff. We enjoyed very much accommodation. The only minus is that there is no place to go for a walk. But if the hotel's holiday goal is not necessary )

The hotel is very well located.. unfortunately gave me the room with coastal view (works at 7:30 p.m.,catastrophe) and waste view down ((Reception manages by Omar . They gave a bad view from the balcony, went to the respiratory and asked to change the room. They gave a choice of two. They chose the third floor with a view to the wet pool in February. Breakfast is uniform. Dinner is chic, on order, choice of four dishes for the first and second. There were crabs. A bottle of water for 3 euros. The spa complex of two pools, on the street water +30. A chic salt room, sauna, ice room. They issued a swimming pool hat.

Excellent indoor/outdoor pool. well maintained. pool staff friendly and helpful. Rooms and structure: unquestionable cleanliness.. large rooms. Not the most modern furnishings. Nice parking lot even if not the most spacious. Efficient and helpful concierge services. Restaurant: only had lunch once. view good variety at the buffet. Helpful staff. An ironic comment was noted, absolutely out of place, especially in a 5 star hotel.

It is located in a hot spring resort, although the scenery is good, but it is an old building. The elevator also needs to be pushed open by hand, and there is a bed next to the room. Breakfast is a continental breakfast with lots of bread, vegetables and cheese.

Una hall elegante, ampia e ben arredata. Camere altrettanto ampie e arredate in gusto classicheggiante. Punti deboli sono proprio le piscine termali, specie quella esterna, piuttosto piccola e poco curata (il piastrellato al di sopra del livello dell'acqua era incrostato e scurito per mancanza di adeguata pulizia). Nei momenti di confusione riesce difficile poterne usufruire, se poi ci sono anche famiglie con bambini la pace e il relax sono pressoché impossibili, il che non dovrebbe accadere in un luogo termale dove si va per stare in assoluto relax. Il giardino è di modeste dimensioni, ma ben curato. Gli ombrelloni insufficienti rispetto al numero di lettini e di persone presenti. Sauna e bagno turco sono davvero minuscoli, e poichè la capienza è di 2/4 persone, bisogna attendere per poterci entrare, talvolta anche molto. Altro punto debole è la colazione, sia per poca varietà che per scarsa qualità. Inoltre, non si è liberi di sedersi dove si vuole, poiché i tavoli vengono assegnati, e ciò comporta anche il disagio di dover fare un lungo percorso tra i tavoli e da una saletta all'altra per raggiungere la postazione delle vivande. Abbiamo notato anche e soprattutto che in due giorni c'era sempre lo stesso personale, dalla mattina alla sera, e che la stessa persona che avevamo visto pulire il pavimento attorno alla piscina interna, un attimo dopo serviva ai tavoli e l'indomani mattina serviva la colazione...insomma: storia di ordinario sfruttamento dei lavoratori. In definitiva, nulla rendeva giustizia alle 5 stelle di cui si fregia. Nel complesso sarebbe tutt'al più un 3 stelle.

Hotel located near the city centre. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean and in excellent conditions. I have very well sleeped the mattress has ensured a great rest. Sweet breakfast and salad well as buffet. Restaurant with first and second choice with fish and vegan meat. The thermal area is well maintained, for treatments I advise Mrs. Tiziana who is very professional and careful to the customer. If you come in the car there is a parking.The sweet caramel smell of liquid soap is the only negative note I feel to do ( this is subjective ). The hotel is located in the center of the town. The square at the entrance is full of flowers and the environment is beautiful. The favorite is the outdoor hot spring pool. The daytime trip is very comfortable, and it is free and recommended.

Abbiamo cenato una sola sera ma quello che abbiamo mangiato era semplice e buono. La colazione aveva le solite cose, spero sempre di trovare qualche dolce tipico del posto ma alla fine c'è il tradizionale cornetto, ciambella della nonna etc. Non amo il cappuccino alla macchinetta, ne prendo già troppi in ufficio, quindi speravo di trovare un cappuccino fatto a mano invece due macchinette. Forse bisognerebbe modificare la locazione del self service perché c'è poco spazio per muoversi e si rischia di versare il prodotto a terra. Le cameriere gentilissime. Mio figlio ha apprezzato la stanza quindi torneremo.
