Everything was great – excellent service and a beautiful hotel, easily one of the best in Cairo. The only issue was the room was too cold; the AC only blew cold air, making it chillier and chillier, especially on a cool day.

I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Nour, the Night Duty Manager, and Mr. Hannawy, the Night Shift Manager, whose support, professionalism, and dedication played an essential role in turning what could have been a ruined stay into a genuinely enjoyable one. We stayed here for two nights on two separate bookings, We had requested on the first day of check-in to join the beds, but they had not done it on the first day, and neither on the second day. They came and handled it at 8:30pm on the second night. The TV was not working on the first night and they told me they would let the IT department fix it on the second day, but that did not happen either. When we were leaving for our day out on the second day, we told the reception to handle everything while we are away, I guess they completely forgot.

The room had an access to the pool directly which is nice. Only bad thing was people smoke all over the hotel making it so unpleasant. Everywhere in the world, people are not allowed to smoke inside hotels. So clearly not for people who have wheezing or asthma. Management should seriously look into this. Other than that all staff were very nice. Ashraqqat and also bfast staff are all very nice. Excellent bfast.

I booked this international brand hotel for a business trip to Egypt. I saw a lot of online reviews about potential pitfalls in Egypt, so I wanted some peace of mind. The location is decent, and the breakfast is pretty good. The price feels a bit high, but it's acceptable.

Everything was excellent, and thank you, Concorde Hotel, for allowing us an early check-in and a very late check-out. The hotel was secure, and they upgraded us to a renovated room! 😍♥️ I will definitely visit again, God willing.

First room smelled like cigarettes despite picking no smoking. Second room was an upgrade but it was actually the upgrade I originally paid for. My first room was a downgrade.
