"This room is absolutely fantastic, offering incredible value for money. The location is superb, right above a shopping area. For Cairo, this hotel truly stands out for its cleanliness and accommodation quality. There's a mall right downstairs, which includes a noodle shop with delicious spicy options. A McDonald's is conveniently located right outside for an easy breakfast. Getting a taxi to the Pyramids or the museum is also very easy from here."

"I caught the early flight to the airport. I had a few simple breakfasts and went to the lobby. After waiting for the arrival of the shuttle bus, I found that I accidentally left the passport bag and there was cash in the restaurant bag. After a while, the staff helped me deliver it very much. But later, when I got off the plane and exchanged money, I found that the cash inside must have lost the cash banknote of 250💶. The whole passport bag in Egypt was with me all the way. I lost almost ten minutes at this moment, and then unfortunately I had to end my trip to Egypt. I have left a message to the hotel to adjust the monitoring, but I don't know if there is any feedback and whether it can be found. At present, people have been to Tunisia to play, and the cash euros for the hotel are not enough！ 赶早班机去机场，简单吃了几口早餐去大厅等接送大巴到时后，发现不小心遗落护照包在餐厅包里有现金，不一会儿有工作人员帮忙送了过来很感谢，但是后来下飞机换钱的时候却发现里面的现金定丢失了现金纸币250💶。整个护照包埃及全程都在身边，就这一会儿丢了差不多十分钟，然后很遗憾得结束了埃及之旅。 已经给酒店留言调监控但是不知道有没有反馈，能不能找回来。目前人到突尼斯 玩了，付酒店的现金欧元都不够了，晕😵💫！"

"Fabulous! After a busy few days staying elsewhere in Cairo it was wonderful to reach the sanctuary of the Ramses Hilton. We were upgraded to an Executive room and spent a great afternoon just admiring the view and the Nile from our high balcony, and relaxing by / swimming in the (almost-hot!) pool. The room had everything we could ask for and the bed was super comfortable. Service was impeccable, and our dinner and a few beers were good value. Highly recommended 👌"

"The residents are very helpful. The elevator is very old and broke down twice in two days. The building is very old but has been renovated fairly well. The room has a very high window and no insect screen. There's a bad smell, apparently coming from the drains. The building has other nice buildings that I've stayed in before. There's no security guard at the building entrance. When I arrived late, I encountered some pets in the building entrance. This time, the experience was not good. I thank the building manager for his prompt response to additional requests."

"The hotel is conveniently located next to Liberation Square, just a 2-3 minute walk away. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of vegetables and fruits, and the red chili peppers 🌶️ were wonderfully spicy. The room was just right for two people and two large suitcases. You can see the swimming pool from outside the room. About 100 meters from the hotel, there's a wide main road. Cross the road, and you'll find the Old Egyptian Museum. Walking in the opposite direction leads you to Liberation Square, where there's an obelisk. I believe there's a metro station nearby, but taxis are so cheap in Cairo that we didn't bother looking for it."

"The hotel's location is great, within walking distance of the terminal, perfect for resting and recovering after a long flight. The facilities and service are also very good. While the amenities might not be on par with five-star hotels in China, they are still excellent and don't have the outdated feel of some hotels in downtown Cairo. Very good overall."

"This stay was absolutely perfect. Not only was the accommodation exceptionally clean throughout, but the surprise of a complimentary room upgrade was also a delight. The thoughtful airport pick-up service added a sense of security and convenience to the entire trip, earning us top marks! The hotel's airport pick-up service was particularly considerate. In the unfamiliar environment of a foreign country, the service eliminated the hassle of finding transportation, language barriers, and route planning. We didn't have to wander around the airport with our luggage, nor did we have to worry about safety or exorbitant fares. It instantly dispelled the fatigue of landing, making travel truly worry-free and reassuring – an indispensable guarantee of peace of mind for any traveler. The guest room and bathroom were impeccably maintained. The marble walls were spotless, the metal bathroom fixtures were gleaming, the countertop basin was sparkling clean, the mouthwash cups were crystal clear, and disposable slippers were provided. Shoes were individually sealed, and towels and bath towels were snow-white, fluffy, and neatly arranged. Every detail reflected high standards of hygiene, making the stay exceptionally safe and comfortable. The hotel thoughtfully upgraded the superior king room to a deluxe king room free of charge, providing a more spacious and comfortable room and significantly enhancing the stay experience. Even more surprising was being able to enjoy authentic Chinese seafood hot pot in a foreign land. Plump and bouncy prawns and tender and flavorful squid, paired with spicy and fragrant Sichuan seasoning, perfectly replicated the hot and spicy atmosphere of hot pot back home. Every bite was filled with the familiar taste of home, warming both the stomach and the heart. The overall experience was impeccable."

"A beautiful, stylish hotel right in the city center, making it easy to get to all the attractions. It's clean, the rooms are beautifully styled, and there's even a terrace! What's important is that you can't hear any traffic noise. Plus, the staff was very helpful and answered all our questions – a big thank you to them! 💕"

"Wow, this place is really great and offers excellent value for money. The facilities are top-notch, and the other guests are very polite and respectful of personal space. The staff here are some of the best English speakers I've encountered in Egypt. They were incredibly caring and thoughtful when I asked them to help me communicate with locals. One lady even helped me loosely plan my itinerary for the next few days. I'd definitely love to come back and stay in one of their private rooms if I get the chance."
