"I was a bit worried about the low number of reviews, but I was really happy with my stay. First off, it was incredibly clean, not something you'd always expect from a hotel in Egypt, and the room was a good size. There was even a washing machine in the room, which would be great for longer stays."

"Very nice hotel located by the airport. Very quiet from both aircraft and road noise. Extensive grounds, lovely to stroll around and places to rest. Good sized, well equipped rooms. Efficient lifts and plenty of eateries to choose from. Friendly efficient staff. Nice size swimming pool and separate children's area. Highly recommend."

"Fantastic location with beautiful Nile views — I could even see the Pyramids from my balcony. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and it was convenient to have an on-site ATM with no extra fees. However, the staffs at the main entrance came across as a bit pushy (not sure if it’s a cultural thing or just individual attitude). Check-in and check-out were also quite slow, with about a 10–15 minute wait both times. The biggest issue was the hair dryer: it was very old and visibly damaged, patched with white tape, and it actually gave me an electric shock as it cracked while I was using it. This really shouldn’t happen at a well-known hotel chain."

"Fabulous! After a busy few days staying elsewhere in Cairo it was wonderful to reach the sanctuary of the Ramses Hilton. We were upgraded to an Executive room and spent a great afternoon just admiring the view and the Nile from our high balcony, and relaxing by / swimming in the (almost-hot!) pool. The room had everything we could ask for and the bed was super comfortable. Service was impeccable, and our dinner and a few beers were good value. Highly recommended 👌"

"The hotel was as pictured, just a little smaller than I expected. I liked that the toilet and shower weren't in the same room, so my friend and I could each take a shower while the other went to the toilet. The location was very difficult to find, not as indicated on the map, and the reception was on the top floor with no signage."

"The hotel is conveniently located next to Liberation Square, just a 2-3 minute walk away. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of vegetables and fruits, and the red chili peppers 🌶️ were wonderfully spicy. The room was just right for two people and two large suitcases. You can see the swimming pool from outside the room. About 100 meters from the hotel, there's a wide main road. Cross the road, and you'll find the Old Egyptian Museum. Walking in the opposite direction leads you to Liberation Square, where there's an obelisk. I believe there's a metro station nearby, but taxis are so cheap in Cairo that we didn't bother looking for it."

"Connected to Terminal 3 by a sky bridge, you can walk directly from the terminal across the parking lot to the hotel without ever going outside. The room was spacious and soundproof (could barely hear any planes taking off or landing), the bedding was clean, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. My only regret is that my stay was too short; my flight was delayed the night before and I didn't arrive until almost midnight, then I left right after breakfast the next morning."

"This stay was absolutely perfect. Not only was the accommodation exceptionally clean throughout, but the surprise of a complimentary room upgrade was also a delight. The thoughtful airport pick-up service added a sense of security and convenience to the entire trip, earning us top marks! The hotel's airport pick-up service was particularly considerate. In the unfamiliar environment of a foreign country, the service eliminated the hassle of finding transportation, language barriers, and route planning. We didn't have to wander around the airport with our luggage, nor did we have to worry about safety or exorbitant fares. It instantly dispelled the fatigue of landing, making travel truly worry-free and reassuring – an indispensable guarantee of peace of mind for any traveler. The guest room and bathroom were impeccably maintained. The marble walls were spotless, the metal bathroom fixtures were gleaming, the countertop basin was sparkling clean, the mouthwash cups were crystal clear, and disposable slippers were provided. Shoes were individually sealed, and towels and bath towels were snow-white, fluffy, and neatly arranged. Every detail reflected high standards of hygiene, making the stay exceptionally safe and comfortable. The hotel thoughtfully upgraded the superior king room to a deluxe king room free of charge, providing a more spacious and comfortable room and significantly enhancing the stay experience. Even more surprising was being able to enjoy authentic Chinese seafood hot pot in a foreign land. Plump and bouncy prawns and tender and flavorful squid, paired with spicy and fragrant Sichuan seasoning, perfectly replicated the hot and spicy atmosphere of hot pot back home. Every bite was filled with the familiar taste of home, warming both the stomach and the heart. The overall experience was impeccable."

"I had a very satisfying stay here. First off, the location is excellent – right in the bustling heart of downtown Cairo, yet surprisingly quiet. It's just a 10-15 minute walk to the Egyptian Museum and a nearby metro station, and about a 20-minute stroll to the Nile River. There are plenty of restaurants and bakeries around, making dining and shopping very convenient. The room had a fully equipped kitchen, which was great for making breakfast, and there was a common lounge area on our floor. Getting to Cairo Airport by Uber only took about 30 minutes."

"Wow, this place is really great and offers excellent value for money. The facilities are top-notch, and the other guests are very polite and respectful of personal space. The staff here are some of the best English speakers I've encountered in Egypt. They were incredibly caring and thoughtful when I asked them to help me communicate with locals. One lady even helped me loosely plan my itinerary for the next few days. I'd definitely love to come back and stay in one of their private rooms if I get the chance."
