She was always available, helping us carry our heavy luggage up to our room halfway up the mountain. She handled every big and small matter meticulously, always thinking of everything for us. She was incredibly reliable and attentive. We also want to thank Manager Tian. Even before we arrived, she sent us detailed travel information, proactively provided contacts for car services, and meticulously explained the itinerary for our current and next destinations. She planned our trip in advance with exceptional care. Finally, a big thank you to the two lovely service ladies who proactively came to our room to change our bedsheets and pillowcases. Their attention to detail made our stay comfortable and reassuring."

"The location is excellent, right off the highway and close to the Huangguoshu Scenic Area. Dining options are convenient nearby, including Chinese food, hot pot, barbecue, and buffet options. The parking lot is spacious, and the staff at the gate are very helpful in arranging parking spots. The friendly and courteous receptionist handled check-in quickly and efficiently. The room was nice and spacious. I stayed on the street side, and I slept well at night, with minimal noise. Excellent!"
