I booked this place by chance when I came to Huangguoshu, and it turned out to be the most satisfying accommodation of my entire Guizhou trip. Pros: The in-room facilities are excellent, on par with many 4- or 5-star hotels. The minced pork noodles for breakfast were delicious, even better than the ones I went out of my way to try. Secondly, the butler was very responsive and attentive, giving full marks for service. Finally, there are many beautiful plants thriving inside the hotel, looking vibrant and full of life. There's also a small flower bed at the entrance, bathed in sunshine, with flowers blooming, which puts you in a great mood for the entire day when you step out. Suggestions for improvement (Cons): ① There were rooster crows and dog barks in the morning, which can't be helped, sigh. ② Honestly, please get a new coffee machine.

The hotel is a 15-minute drive from Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area and is built against the mountains, offering incredibly beautiful views. We booked a large suite on the top floor, and its terrace provided direct views of the bridge and mountain scenery. Waking up in the morning felt like being in a fairyland. Unfortunately, we experienced a power and water outage due to a heavy rainstorm at night, but the staff immediately carried out emergency repairs. Although it delayed our shower, the hotel thoughtfully offered a discount the next day as compensation, which showed great sincerity. Therefore, I highly recommend this charming hotel.

This time I took my parents to visit Huangguoshu and stayed at Zhiye Hotel. The experience was amazing and I have to praise it! First of all, I would like to give a big thumbs up to the hotel housekeeper! From the moment we added WeChat, we were full of enthusiasm. Not only did they kindly remind me that the cherry blossoms in the store were in full bloom and provided free high-speed rail transportation, but they also showed great care in our communication when they learned that I was traveling with my 70-year-old parents. Whether it was patiently answering questions about the time it takes to get from the high-speed rail to the hotel, the details of the pick-up and drop-off service, or helping to plan a travel guide to Huangguoshu Waterfall, it all made people feel warm. Although the hotel's food and beverages are limited in variety, they are indeed delicious. I love the sour soup beef hotpot. I am drooling just thinking about it now. The hotpot is also good, with fresh ingredients, good taste, large portions and great value for money! The location is fantastic, right at the entrance of the main waterfall area within the three Huangguoshu Waterfall scenic sections. It's just a short walk to the right after exiting the gate. There's also a pool and a swing in the small courtyard, very relaxing. Even before we left home, we received a call from the hotel's front desk. They were incredibly responsive and helpful in the group chat, answering all our questions quickly. Before our arrival, the staff provided a very detailed itinerary in the chat. The environment here is superb, with excellent views of the waterfall and the bridge! The facilities are complete, and all the guest amenities are exquisite and high-quality. The chef at the restaurant has great skills; the savory and tender grilled fish is definitely worth trying. The price isn't cheap, but I feel it's well worth it! Remember to bring your swimsuit if you plan to experience the infinity pool.

The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the amenities were complete and top-notch, making it perfect for both relaxation and enjoying the views. The hot springs were a major highlight; the pools were nestled discreetly within the mountains, offering a serene and private environment. The water temperature was perfect, and soaking in the mist-shrouded pools was a fantastic experience, allowing me to relax my mind and body while enjoying the natural beauty. The service was impeccable. From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm, attentive, and patient. They were always quick to respond to any requests, providing thoughtful and discreet service that made me feel truly cared for. The food was also exceptionally satisfying. The ingredients were fresh and authentic, and the dishes were outstanding. Both the refined dinner and the extensive breakfast balanced nutrition and taste perfectly, delighting my palate. The only slight drawbacks were the somewhat strong smell of the wooden furniture in the room, which dissipated after opening the windows, and the occasional presence of a few mosquitoes, which could be managed with repellents. Overall, these minor imperfections did not detract from the overall experience. The hotel delivered top-tier quality in terms of environment, facilities, service, and dining. It truly stands out as an excellent vacation choice around Huangguoshu, and I highly recommend it.

First of all, the location is easy to find; there's a large sign on the right side of the road, making it very convenient to enter after getting off the bus. The hotel is large, has an elevator, and the rooms are very clean. The price is cheap, but the hardware is really bad. The soundproofing of the room is not ordinary. It is the water pipe in the next room. It is the water pipe leaking at 7 o'clock in the morning.
