"First of all, I would like to thank the hotel for its assistance. I sprained my foot during the trip and the hotel provided the address of the hospital. On the day of check-out, I asked to wear the hotel's slippers and was willing to pay for it, but the hotel did not charge any fees. The child left an important toy in the room. The hotel provided very timely and proactive assistance and helped to send it back. In addition, the facilities are impeccable. The hotel provides thick coats for cold weather and children's toys. All the facilities in the room are very complete. Impeccable.
