Today, we experienced another accident in the mountains. During this difficult time, one the staff was incredibly kind and supportive. She helped us communicate and translate with the police, ensuring that we could clearly explain the situation and receive assistance. Her help was truly invaluable in getting us safely rescued. In addition, the hotel manager and staffs generously drove us from the police station back to the hotel and assisted us with the necessary follow-up arrangements. Their patience, compassion, and willingness to go above and beyond their duties meant so much to us. We are truly grateful for the care and support we received. It has been a blessing to be guests at Oosado Hotel, and we will always remember your kindness."

"I particularly liked the decor of the rooms. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Among other things, they allowed me to park my bike in the entrance area, and instead of just storing my luggage, they let me check in much earlier. The location is, of course, remote but beautiful, with plenty of nearby attractions and a great view. There was also a stargazing event, which was much better than I expected. The food was also delicious, very upscale but not over the top."

"Upon parking, a staff member immediately helped us with our luggage to our room. We were also offered welcome drinks and snacks, which really helped us unwind after our journey. The room itself was spacious, clean, and offered a fantastic ocean view. Waking up to that scenery in the morning was delightful. While the bathroom also had an ocean view, I was a bit concerned that it might be visible from the outside. I checked from outside later, and indeed, if someone really wanted to look, they could see into the second floor. It would have been much better if it had been a one-way mirror, allowing us to enjoy the bath without any worries. Outside, there are swings and hammocks by the sea, perfect for relaxing during some downtime, and at night, you can stargaze. The buffet breakfast, enjoyed from an ocean-view seat, was absolutely superb. Although the variety wasn't huge, the menu offered a satisfying selection, from classic dishes to local specialties. The miso soup was so delicious that I regret not asking what kind of broth and miso they used! Oh, and the candied sweet potatoes (Daigaku Imo) were exquisite."
