"The hotel is very modern and clean -- the staff are collaborative and the rooms are large for other hotel rooms, some seaside rooms, TV is moving on Arabic channels, the lobby is wide and beautiful, and breakfast is very diverse and satisfying all tastes, and there are parking lots -- I liked and I extended my stay another night."

"The hotel room looked nice, but as soon as we entered, there was a strong smell. It was a stuffy smell, and later I realized it was coming from the bathroom drain. Every time I went to the bathroom or use the toilet, I felt nauseous. We had arrived late at night, so we were going to get up late, but the Arab guests in the next room were shouting on the phone, ruining our sleep. "Super mooi en schoon hotel! Wij waren erg tevreden. Bij aankomst werden wij geholpen met de koffers naar onze kamer toe. De kamer was heel ruim en schoon. Ook de badkamer was heel schoon. Wat wij persoonlijk ook heel fijn vonden, is dat zich een gebedskleed in de kamer bevond. Wij konden zelf middels een knop in de kamer aangeven dat wij niet gestoord wilden worden / dat de kamer schoongemaakt moest worden. Toen wij dit hadden aangegeven, werden meteen alle dekbedovertrekken vervangen en alles werd goed schoongemaakt. Ook wanneer wij niet op het knopje hadden gedrukt, kwam er wel iemand langs om de kamers schoon te maken en wederom om de dekbedovertrekken te vervangen. Samen met het verblijf hebben wij ook ontbijt erbij geboekt. Het was een open ontbijtbuffet, waarbij elke dag wel iets anders erbij zat. Het was geen heel groot buffet, maar het was wel voldoende. Locatie: Het hotel bevindt zich midden in het centrum en is ongeveer 5 à 10 minuten lopen naar de Trabzon Square Park, waar zich ook alle bussen bevinden. Ook bevindt het zich op drie minuten loopafstand van de Trabzon City Museum. Hele centrale locatie dus! Kortom: wij waren supertevreden en raden dit hotel van harte aan!"

"The hotel is located near the consulate (this is the purpose of arrival) and is very convenient in the center. There is a hall with couchs and seats for waiting/rest, all kind of sympathetic. Frankly speaking, I didn't think much, I was very tired. On the respiratory, said about her reservation and extended her passport. Very friendly and smiling receptionists. I was quickly decorated and settled on the 6th floor in room 607. I didn't expect to see a big bed in the single room, it was very pleasant. It was almost clean (I found some garbage under the table) but overall everything is fine. The room is small but for one person quite! The view from the window is only roof and house, the streets are not visible. All it needed was a bottle of water, I had to go to the shop (but I would probably have been able to call and I would have been brought) on the table there were several bags of tea and coffee with cream. The hearing is high, there were constantly some sounds as if without the end was cleaning or I lived next to the laundry 😅 The view of the room you will see on the photo. Breakfast was not particularly interested in me, as I eat only fruit in the morning, but I still looked there. The usual average breakfast is cheeses, omlets, sausages, olive oils, vegetables, greens and a little baking. Solid coffee and tea in bags. Fruit was not completely 😒 upset. Well in general I estimated 3+ almost 4. I will come to Trabzon, I will probably settle there. "

"The stay was wonderful, Located in the middle of the city away from the traffic We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport.. It came out that it was part of the fun The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows.. However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes, The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components.. Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming Definitely will stay there again"
