"It’s really comfortable especially after staying a week on an island. Room is spacious and clean, though without wearing slippers, the floor do feel a bit sticky. Had a good rest and reset at the hotel with the pool, gym and sauna."

"I would like to file a complaint regarding one of the hotel staff members assigned to the gym and pool. Yesterday, July 5, 2026, I went to use the gym and had an unpleasant experience. The staff member was rude when I asked about opening the gym. I chose not to make an issue of it at the time, hoping it was just a one-time incident. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again today when I went upstairs to use the gym. The staff member once again responded rudely while opening the facility. As a guest, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of the situation. This is not my first time checking in here, and I have also stayed in Quezon City before, so I am familiar with the usual level of service expected. Since this has happened twice in two consecutive days, I felt it was necessary to report it. I hope management can address this matter and remind their staff to maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward guests. Thank you for your attention to this concern."

"The hotel is good. The staff tries to do their best. Some small disadvantages for me: the light from the window of the bathroom was very bright in the morning. It needs a curtain.The hygienic shower can't be reguled in a lower pressure. It was not comfortable. The guests above were very noisy at 2 am and the sounds were very loud from everywhere. I had two sleep with earplugs. The breakfast has only one choice if meal. It's not a buffet. It would be better one pancake and a little of porridge than two big pancakes. The rest is fine. And yes, the standard room would be not comfortable for two people. It's rather small."

"I stayed for four nights, and aside from the last night where I didn't sleep well due to noise from a running race (which the hotel had informed me about in advance), everything else exceeded my expectations. Both the hotel's facilities and service were excellent. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of food options, and the restaurant staff were warm and attentive. The hotel is a three-minute walk from MOA, about 10 minutes to the SMX Convention Center, and also three minutes to the Baywalk. I would definitely choose to stay at Lanson again next time."

"Really enjoyed our stay here! The views from the property are absolutely stunning, and being so close to the ****** area made getting around very convenient. The only downside was the late check-in time at 3:00 PM, compared to the standard 2:00 PM at most other hotels. Aside from that bump, everything else was top-notch.."

"This hotel is conveniently located near a bustling area. However, considering the surrounding environment, I feel it's more suited for trips with male friends rather than families. Pros: Quiet on higher floors: Since my room was on a higher floor, I wasn't bothered by noise at night. Smooth procedures: Check-in at the front desk was very smooth and stress-free. Low deposit: The deposit of only 2,000 pesos was a great help. Surrounding area: The bustling location offers great convenience, with many eateries like Starbucks and Jollibee. Finding food wasn't an issue, and everything was within walking distance. Points to note/advice: Elevator caution: There are three elevators. The one on the right when facing the entrance can be quite shaky and might feel scary. If you're easily frightened, I recommend using the two elevators on the left. Room cleaning rules: If you want your room cleaned, you need to press the button near the entrance to display the ”cleaning OK” sign. This wasn't communicated by the front desk, so I struggled on the first day without knowing. Amenities: Toothbrushes and razors are not provided, so you'll need to buy them at a nearby convenience store. Also, there's an additional 100 peso charge to use a nightgown. Facilities: The room has the bare essentials, and it's fine if you just need a place to sleep. The pillows are very soft, which might be a matter of personal preference. Overall: I stayed for 3 nights, and considering the affordable price, the cost-performance is very high. I would especially recommend this hotel for trips with male friends."

"Celebrated my birthday there and we had a relaxing stay—clean and comfy beds, modern design, customize-able room lighting, clean bathroom, clean water with good pressure. My favorite part was the mini balcony with great view of Manila bay! They also have a skybar at the penthouse where you can dine, sip your cocktails, lounge in the infinity pool, while looking at the magnificent city view. Location is great and quiet, away from the city noise. Maybe something to improve: wifi connectivity. It’s a bit difficult to connect to their room wifi. They also have a breakfast buffet which you can avail separately—quality of food can be improved tho. Overall, the place is really value for money!"

"The location is excellent. There's a shopping mall and plenty of food options right downstairs, and it's very easy to get a taxi to anywhere in the city. The hotel is clean, and having laundry facilities was a huge plus. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. I had a very pleasant stay."

MOA - great for morning walk / exercise, back and forth Only downside - you can hear people moving and talking outside your room, sometimes bathroom will smell of smoke (possibly from the exhaust) Lobby - warm and welcoming Employees - all respectable Room - clean, cozy, relaxing Table space - great specially for those who are working Room Wifi - can be a bit unstable but overall great connection, choose 5g option for a more stable connection Bed - king size with 4 pillows and warm duvet cover 2 sofa bed - can make larger beds with two sofa beds available in the room (you can request them to arrange this before your check in) Bathroom - clean, warm and cold water, with hair dryer, towels can be replaced upon request for additional cost, standard set for hygiene care (toothbrush, toothpaste) Fridge - available, just need to plug it in when you arrive TV - only cable channel, no netflix or other streaming app Safety deposit box - available Swimming Pool - not heated, very cold, great in summer or hot weather Breakfast - Buffet, a few selection but has appetizers (salad, fruits), main dish, desserts, drinks, coffee, cereals. Overall great food."
