"Хотим поделиться впечатлениями от отдыха в этом отеле. Провели здесь 8 ночей с друзьями. Отель действительно большой, с ухоженной зеленой территорией, удобным расположением (через дорогу от пляжа, окружен рекой). Понравилась система питания «всё включено»: всегда был хороший выбор блюд как ланкийской, так и европейской кухни.
Номера просторные, с балконом и ванной. На наш взгляд, они требуют небольшого косметического обновления.
К сожалению, два момента серьезно омрачили наш отдых.
1. Ситуация с животными на территории.
На территории отеля живут кошки и собаки. Нам было очень грустно наблюдать, что, по нашему мнению, отношение к ним со стороны некоторых сотрудников нельзя назвать гуманным. Мы лично видели, как их гоняют, а в ряде случаев — обливают горячей водой и применяют физическую силу. Это вызывало сильное эмоциональное неприятие.
2. Обработка территории от насекомых.
Во время нашего пребывания, в дневное время, когда многие гости (включая семьи с детьми) находились у бассейна и в обеденной зоне, сотрудники отеля начали химическую обработку территории. Вокруг распространилась плотная дымовая завеса с едким запахом, которая накрыла бассейн, зоны отдыха и питания. Тот факт, что обработка проводилась без предупреждения и в присутствии людей (особенно детей в бассейне), нас крайне удивил и обеспокоил. У моего мужа астма, и ему пришлось срочно воспользоваться ингалятором. Как человек с сельскохозяйственным образованием, я понимаю необходимость таких процедур, но их проведение в часы пиковой активности гостей, на наш взгляд, является небезопасным.
Мы обращались в администрацию с просьбой предоставить информацию о препарате, который использовался, для нашего лечащего врача, однако эти данные нам так и не были сообщены.
В целом, инфраструктура отеля оставляет приятное впечатление, однако описанные инциденты с благополучием животных и вопросами безопасности гостей существенно повлияли на наше общее впечатление от отдыха."

"In fact, this hotel is very comfortable, it is the most comfortable hotel I have visited in Sri Lanka, the environment is also very good. However, this hotel is a seaside, private beach... It is not particularly convenient to go in and go out. If there is no chartered car, the hotel will call the car. Everything else is super good!"
