"The room isn't small, it's clean and tidy, and there's a private underground parking lot. It's a little far from the lakeside, about 500 meters, a few minutes' walk. If it were right by the lake, I guess the price would be much higher. It seems to have been a Best Western hotel before. The breakfast is also plentiful, and it offers good value for money. "After leaving Paris for Italy 🇮🇹, we landed and were picked up and driven to Lake Como. I had pre-booked this lakeside hotel, which boasts an excellent location. We opted for a lake-view room, and indeed, you can enjoy the beautiful lake scenery right from the balcony. It would be lovely to sip coffee or a drink on the balcony in the summer while admiring the view. While the hotel room furnishings are a bit dated, they are immaculately clean. There's a bar and restaurant on the ground floor, and conveniently, a Carrefour, a food court, and a DM supermarket are just a short walk behind the hotel. We spent some time exploring the small town, had lunch by the lake, and enjoyed a cup of coffee. If you're with a group, you could even rent a small yacht and take a tour around Lake Como to soak in the lake views and surrounding scenery."

"The hotel is located in an industrial area, about a 10-15 minute drive from the center of Como. The establishment is new, clean, with modern and well-maintained facilities. There's a clear ambition to aim for a higher standard, perhaps even a 5-star rating, according to the manager. Unfortunately, some practices completely contradict this ambition. Parking costs €18 per day, which seems excessive given the location outside the city center and the availability of a large free parking lot for other users (particularly padel players). This gives the impression that hotel guests are being penalized without good reason. Breakfast is very limited for a hotel of this caliber: the buffet is incomplete, some dishes are extra and must be ordered separately, and there wasn't even orange juice, either on the buffet or the menu—only water and milk. This falls far short of 4- or 5-star standards. The coffee capsules in the room cost €1.50, which is surprising and disappointing for an establishment that claims to offer high-end service. In the vast majority of 4- or 5-star hotels, this kind of service is included. It gives an impression of pettiness, contradicting the image the hotel tries to project. The most disturbing point: staff entered my room in the evening, without warning, to perform a ”cleaning service.” I hadn't requested anything, and I noticed that some of my belongings had been moved. I don't like it when someone enters my room without my explicit permission or without informing me beforehand. This made me very uncomfortable. While evening housekeeping might be a service appreciated by some, it must be clearly announced or requested. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager. Instead of listening to my comments, he responded condescendingly, implying that I wasn't ”used to staying in 5-star hotels” and that this kind of behavior was, in his opinion, perfectly normal. A haughty and inappropriate response, far removed from the hospitality and professionalism expected in this type of establishment. As compensation, the manager offered me a €1.50 coffee capsule. I hope this review will help future guests get a more realistic view of this hotel. For my part, despite the quality of the facilities, I wouldn't recommend it. Customer service, attentiveness, and respect for privacy are simply not there."

"The hotel is 2 kilometers around the hotel. It belongs to the city center. Every day, you can hear the bells of the central church. The corridor is not very good. The room is small, but all the facilities inside are very new, and there are 2 windows. The windows are particularly interesting. "Love this hotel, location, service and friendliness. The location is near the train station and the lake. We arrived earlier than hotel check in time, but since the room has ready, they allow us to check in earlier. Very appreciate especially since we've just travelled from Milan. We're renting a bike, and they allow us to put the bike inside the garage. We had a situation having wet pantsuit, since they don't have a laundry service they borrowed us an ironing and it helps.. Will stay again if we're going back to Colico"

"Удобно доехать на 7 автобусе от жд станции , красивое место рядом горы. Много разных деревьев. Хотя рядом автостарада, в номере машин не слышно. Есть холодильник, чайник, тарелки и чашки. В общей зоне на первом этаже есть микроволновка. Удобная кровать. Из комнаты выход на балкон. На балконе много цветов, вокруг поют птицы, свежий воздух, вид на горы. В комнате и на балконе есть стол и стулья можно обедать на балконе. Так же на балконе есть расскладывающиеся мягкие кресла, на них удобно спать на балконе. Новая душевая кабина, биде. Горячая вода идёт хорошо. Есть кондиционер. Есть плед и теплое одеяло. Отзывчивые горничные. Много мест для прогулки на автобусе можно поехать в Комо. 11 минут пешком большой супермаркет с большим выбором товаров и продуктов. В супермаркете есть хороший выбор готовых продуктов. Рекомендую, удобное место для расслабляющего отдыха."
