In any hotel you will be offered a room of 12-17 m., good location, everything is within walking distance) and a lake. Availability of a kitchen and oven. Who needs it - will understand. Friendly host. The bathroom is gorgeous! Jacuzzi for two, beautiful shower for two (two shower heads), bidet. Terrace with a view of the old days))) complete relaxation.
Con - well, if you expect breakfast from the owner, it will not be there, the stairs are steep. The elevator goes to the 2nd floor. You need to drag a suitcase up a narrow spiral staircase to the penthouse, but the owner helped me"

Small details such as the coffee machine kettle is not clean enough, the TV remote control battery is insufficient, and it is easy to splash water when washing your face (the washbasin is a little short), but these are not enough to cover up the advantages. Because the soundproofing and bed are the hard core strength of the hotel.
