Location- hotel ideal location near to ferry . 10-15 min walk to cable car. From como railway station . Go down the stair from the exit of the station. Follow the pedestrian crossing and go down and walk straight into the town . Easy .
Hotel: super clean . Air con was super good and cold ! I love it . Room wise size is ok. Ruben was helpful and explain to us what to do for our W day stay . Where to take ferry. Where to take cable car . He was nice and smiling .
Food: I did not opt for breakfast as there are many food around . I had twice the gelato for nearby shop. It was good !
Overal. My stay in room 403 was great ! Check in and out was easy .
Please stay here. At night I also went to the square juat below and chill out with food ."

Amazing
KKate UralIt’s a nice hostel! The location is perfect: close to the lake, 24h grocery store and the railway station. They provided free storage luggage, information and even free food (but you should cook). Also they organized some events.
Bed was comfortable, but triple. I recommend you to ask for 1 or second bed

烤烤只鸡翅膀It is a small hotel, with 18 rooms, the front desk is very small, and there is always only one person. The price of 5 stars, the room is about 3-4 stars, and the service is about 3 stars. But we missed a mobile phone after we checked out. The hotel found out and contacted us by email. We replied to the email and asked them to arrange for DHL to send it back (fees at their own expense). They dealt with it in a timely manner. Thank you very much.

莫莫The front desk staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful to recommend como food and restaurants, and also handwritten the bus stops and routes we need to take back and forth.

吴吴Although the hotel is a little smaller, the proprietress is a bit cool. When we went there, we learned that there was no elevator and we were worried about how to mention it. The original staff would help us, and they are all very good! Good! On the other side of the hotel there is its own restaurant! Nice view

Basically, water, tea, coffee, towels and soap are ready, but you have to bring shampoo and other shower supplies!
There is a restaurant under the hostel and very close to the lake!
