"We stayed only 1 night before heading to Cannes. It’s good stop if u arrive late at night. Hotel is in walking distance from bus station ( Vauban) - 800 m by walk. Room is clean, sufficient space to place your bug luggage. But the bed should be changed. The room has bathtub, not separated shower."

"Overall, I was satisfied, but I kept hearing a 'ding-dong' knocking sound, which I didn't experience on the 6th floor a few days ago. I'm on the 4th floor now, so maybe they're doing some maintenance. Also, a 100 Euro deposit is required for every stay, even though the full payment has already been made. This seems a bit unreasonable; even the famous Swiss hotels only charge a 1 Euro deposit. Hmm."

"I've stayed at this hotel both times I've visited Nice. It's located near a church on a bustling main street in the city center. It's a bit of a walk to the beach and Old Town. There's a sort of tourist information desk in the lobby; last time, before I left, I asked the gentleman on duty about the tram station to the airport, and he was incredibly helpful, even walking me out to show me the way. I particularly love the breakfast here; they have large teapots so you can brew a pot of tea and leisurely enjoy your holiday. There's a big terrace on the second floor, and a bar and pool on the rooftop, so even if you don't want to leave the hotel, you can find a place to relax. I really enjoy the vacation vibe of this hotel."

"Excellent value for money during the off-season. 1. Superb location!! Airport transport and tram: Take the L1 from the airport one stop to Grand Arenas, which is free, then it's a 5-minute walk to the hotel. Alternatively, you can walk directly from the airport in just 10 minutes. TER: With the Nice 3-day pass, Saint Augustin station is right across the street. If you're heading towards Menton, you can board one stop before the busy Nice train station, and there's no need to wait. BUS: If you're exploring the Nice coastline and don't want to walk too far to catch the tram, bus route 12+ (and others) are available near the coast, providing direct access to T1, also within a 5-minute walk. 2. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM. Very quiet, no airplane noise."

"Good location close to the Promenade and Jean Medecin. Good amenities and I had got to relax. I had a balcony in my room. Room service food was not the best as it was precooked and was not heated evenly that the risotto was stuck together and looked like it was still frozen. It was not what I had expected."

"I booked a triple room, which looked like a loft with bunk beds according to the website pictures. In reality, the room was very small, a one-bedroom layout. The living room became even smaller after the sofa was moved out. For around 4000 yuan, the value for money was so-so. I got three towels from the front desk at the beach, but was charged $24.20 after check-out! They didn't mention any charge when I got them. For that price, I could have bought one for myself at a beach supply store. The hotel atmosphere was nice, and the location was decent, but it was a bit far from Castle Hill. Hotels closer to Castle Hill have better locations!"

"This is my second time in Nice. I like this city very much. The train station is next to the hotel and you can go directly to the city center in 8 minutes. You can also take the tram to the city center, which is very convenient."

"Perfect location for exploring Nice. Our room lacked basic maintenance, the bathroom extractors did not work, the overhead shower did not work and the heated towel rail was stuck on maximum making use of the toilet beneath uncomfortable. The breakfast was good value with plenty of choice. The staff were mostly great except the women at the pool bar in the evening who was very rude and condescending. I would stay here again purely based on location."

"getting there : you dont need the tram from Terminal 1 (its walking distance and its well sign posted)but you do for terminal 2. The main door was out of order so in the dark it’s hard to find the side one. Reception was easy but there can member of staff after 10/11pm which could delays things. Rooms are fine but I would not say to Sheraton standards and certainly nothing to brag about on the deluxe room option. All comfortable, practical , clean and what you need for an overnight stay. The pool was closed as Jan/feb there is no one to supervise and rather cold. This was not mentioned when booking was done which is a shame if you have kids! Room: is fine but there is a constant buzzing noise which either comes from the aircon or the electrical unit outside ( not sure). Bed is comfy and cosy and bathroom is all what you need. However there is a constant smell of sewage coming and going either in the hotel area or the bathroom. It’s intermittent and comes and goes, somewhat unpleasant at times but not overwhelming annoying. Breakfast was good and you can order an omelette (as per previous unsure reviews) on request though plenty of choice is presented for full international breakfast. It’s all spread out over the whole room so there is a lot of going and coming around :) Overall easy stay for a night , Summers or hot days must be fun with the top terrace/pool thought the view is mostly over the airport ( if you like that). I would say a tick expensive for what you get but they can charge a premium for airport surroundings! Recommend for short stay or late arrival."

"A beautifully situated hotel overlooking the Promenade d'Anglais; the famous market is just a 3-minute walk away – the location and view are unbeatable. The rooms are comfortable and stylishly furnished. The restaurant and bar, where breakfast is served, don't have a sea view, but instead, there is a charming little garden on a terrace by the pool. That's the only downside – if you want to use the pool, you have to go through the restaurant, and there are no changing rooms by the pool. That's not very convenient. Otherwise, everything was more like a 5-star hotel – we would gladly come back."
