"This hotel boasts an excellent location. The public areas are clean, spacious, and have a great ambiance. The rooms are large, bright, and impeccably clean, with wonderfully soft and comfortable bedding. We really appreciated the smart delivery robots for quick and convenient room service and deliveries. The voice-controlled lighting and curtains throughout the room added a high-tech touch. The service was thoughtful and attentive. We had a very satisfying stay!"

"The room overall was great, with the swimming lane right outside the balcony. The surrounding environment is beautiful, with Swan Lake and Baojing Palace scenic area, making these three days very fulfilling and satisfying. The room also has an air purifier. During our stay, there was a guest group chat where we could request anything we needed, and the customer service staff were very quick to respond. Manager Chen Jinling provided excellent service; she contacted me before arrival to send the hotel's location and explain many of the hotel's services, as well as restaurant opening hours and locations. The housekeeping staff were also wonderful; on the second day, I requested a change of bed linen, and they promptly took care of it without any hesitation. Overall, both adults and children were quite satisfied."

"When checking in, the front desk colleague had no smile. When she asked me for my ID, she didn't use professional words like ”please ask”. She took my ID and said, ”The person staying here needs to provide ID.” I said you already have my ID, and then she said the person staying here needs to register. There was no subject or other words at all. I was checking in with a friend at the time, but my friend was not staying. It was not professional for her to say that. The floor attendants didn't smile or say hello when they saw the guests. I was preparing to have breakfast in the morning, and the housekeeper asked me if I wanted to clean up when she saw me coming out of the room. I said to help me pick up the garbage on the coffee table first, and wait until I came back to do the rest. Then she asked if only garbage collection was ok and there was no cleaning today. I repeated it again, and she asked if there was no cleaning today. Finally, I said to wait until I came back, and she gave up. This kind of trickery is really unacceptable to guests."

"Warmth from check-in to check-out! The front desk proactively offered hot tea and local tips. The room was incredibly soundproof, and even the bathroom corners were spotless. They even offered pillows of different firmness. At check-out, they thoughtfully helped pack breakfast. This level of care truly touched me, and it's already on my list for a return stay! The front desk lady was beautiful and kind, with a sweet smile."

They actively helped with luggage and patiently explained the hotel facilities, making us feel right at home. The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, and the air is exceptionally fresh, full of negative ions. It's only a 5-minute walk from the hotel to the hot spring area. Soaking in the warm spring water while breathing in the negative-ion-rich air just melts away all the fatigue and stress – it's incredibly therapeutic! Overall, the service is excellent, the environment is fantastic, the facilities are comprehensive, and the hot springs are conveniently close. It's perfect for family trips or vacations with friends. At first I thought it might be unreal, but after entering, I felt at ease. It was really as everyone said. The service, environment, hygiene, and geographical location were satisfactory. It was much better than those homestays. The lobby manager was very enthusiastic and attentive. He also upgraded my suite to make it easier to take care of the elderly, and sent me goodnight fruit, which was very heartwarming. I will continue to stay here next time I go to Yingde!"
