This famous hotel is the best inn I have ever stayed in. Because the traffic jam came late, I didn’t expect the boss to wait for us at the front desk. I also upgraded our room for free. The most surprising thing is that there are moon cakes and sugar water for us. The lobby manager and the boss are very friendly. I gave my baby a lot of food and balloons, the whole feeling is very good, really worth recommending! (Thank you the innkeeper and staff for waiting for us so late ～)

This hotel boasts an excellent location. The public areas are clean, spacious, and have a great ambiance. The rooms are large, bright, and impeccably clean, with wonderfully soft and comfortable bedding. We really appreciated the smart delivery robots for quick and convenient room service and deliveries. The voice-controlled lighting and curtains throughout the room added a high-tech touch. The service was thoughtful and attentive. We had a very satisfying stay!

It is still very comfortable to come to Chocolate Kingdom in the off-season. Compared with the Spring Festival, there are very few people now, and no one competes for hot springs in the public area. Moreover, the villa's hygiene is well maintained during the off-season, and the living room and guest rooms are all tidy. At first, I was worried that they were not taken care of carefully. The housekeeper was also very considerate, greeting us as soon as we arrived and helping us with our luggage.

I have rented more than a dozen different villas, and this time, the five-bedroom villa in Qushu brought me several impressive experiences: 1. The housekeeper Xiao Chen took the initiative to contact me three days in advance and provided us with all the detailed information we needed to know about the check-in, so there was no doubt before departure. The night before check-in, Xiao Chen reminded me again about the route information for the next day, which was very considerate and thoughtful 👍🏻. On the day of check-in, the villa was cleaned after 12 noon, which was really a surprise. In the past, most of the check-in experiences were that most of them could not be cleaned until 14:00 or even 15:00, which was really a bit depressing; 2. When we arrived, everything had been arranged. The only thing we needed to do was to move our luggage and check in. The moment we opened the door, our eyes lit up: it was so clean! Even the slippers were of the same style, in blue and red, neatly placed on the shoe step next to the entrance door, great! When Chen learned that we were staying, he came over to greet us and ask if we needed anything. He also provided information about nearby attractions for reference. The toothbrush and comb are neatly placed in a rattan box, and the cups are neatly turned upside down on the coaster, clean and bright. All floor drains are smooth and unobstructed, all bedding is clean and brand new, spacious and elegant, with exquisite color matching and visual comfort. The leather sofa in the living room is shiny, the fabric sofa is hard enough, the coat is clean and stain-free, and the cushions are fashionable and sufficient. All hangers are unified, even the dishes in the kitchen are unified. This is the first time I have seen it. The tableware in the private villas I have lived in before is all kinds of old and unbearable. It is really very clean and neat, and all items are of quality assurance. 4. This is the second time I stayed at this Vienna Hotel. Both times I came with my children. The handsome guy at the front desk remembered that we had been there last time and gave us two buffet breakfasts. Haha, I was very happy. I booked a twin bed and put them together for my child to sleep in. It's very big and we can roll around as much as we want, haha ​​(my baby is quite naughty). The next day we went to the restaurant for breakfast. My son liked the spring rolls very much. The aunt said they were handmade and the ingredients were very fresh. Haha, I felt safe eating them. Next time I come to Yingde with my baby's father, I will book this store.

節日後錯峯出行，體驗感挺好的房間較大，衞生間乾淨，我訂的房可以看到山景，門前還有公園和小溪，晚上還看到有人放煙花，哈哈免費欣賞。晚上找老闆定的美式早餐好豐富，好好看，很好吃，之後在前台吧枱點了特色雞尾酒，正！ 還有晚上大堂突然間回來好多人，哈哈，還有好多老外和來自於全國各地的住客，問了下，原來都是來度假攀巖徒步和旅遊的，他們都很健談，一會兒大家都玩一塊兒去了，有的人在看書，圍在一起玩桌遊，還有的在打乒乓球，很熱鬧。我也被老闆和國際友人邀請在拉伸做瑜伽，還一起玩了乒乓球。 沒想到一個人旅遊也挺有驚喜的，沒想到這個小鎮住的地方這麼有度假的鬆弛感，附近吃住和交通都很方便，一分鐘就是傳説中的“小趙州橋”可以去打卡，去其他景點都也很便，還可以徒步誒，這個地方還沒探索完，下次再來。

The hot spring water was crystal clear and rich in minerals; my skin felt incredibly smooth after a soak, and all my fatigue just melted away. The hotel's commitment to changing and sanitizing the water for every guest made me feel completely at ease about the hygiene. The room itself was spacious and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The staff were all incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel's location is wonderfully serene yet not too far from the action, and the air is fresh. It's perfect for both couples' getaways and family trips. It's already on my 'revisit' list, highly recommended!

I stayed at the Chocolate Kingdom Hotel in mid-October. At that time, some facilities were already showing their age and seemed a bit neglected, and there were fewer staff members. The hot springs were less crowded during the day and more so at night, so it was good to go at off-peak times. The package also included two-day tickets to Chocolate Wonderland, and at that time, there was a shuttle cart service. When I went back in December, the shuttle was gone, so I want to warn fellow travelers that if you're not driving yourself, think very carefully before booking, as it's a 20-minute walk from the park to the hotel. But since there was a shuttle service in October, and I genuinely felt their dedication in every service, I'm giving a good review for that stay. For December, I'd give a bad review.

The rooms are independent villas, seemingly nestled in the mountains, which is quite unique. If you enjoy nature, you'll find it very comfortable. The front desk service was excellent; they showed you to your room. It would be even better if the hot spring and karaoke facilities were also available during the day. As for breakfast, it was just adequate; you can't expect too much more.

Really cheap and cost-effective, free parking in the apartment, the environment is awesome! There are chocolate parks and karst soup spring water world scenic spots around. On the day of departure after placing the order, the housekeeper will contact the location door lock password. Compared with other businesses around, it is really cost-effective.
