Hotel Picos de Europa ★★
"For example, we had lunch one day at the hotel that offers a discount for guests. We asked for the advertised discount, and they told us that since the receipt had already been issued, they wouldn't honor it. Just something to keep in mind if you take advantage of this offer: mention it as soon as you sit down to eat. Otherwise, everything was great."
Hotel Los Angeles ★★★
"Everything was great, the room was super spacious with a balcony. The staff was very friendly, parking was free, and it's only 10 minutes from the center of Santander by car!"
Hotel Bahía ★★★★
"Very satisfied, but the facilities still need to be updated in time."
ibis Styles Santander ★★★
"Very good hotel. The location is 40 minutes walk from the airport and 30 minutes walk from the city center. The hotel hardware is very high. Disposable toothbrushes are provided. Kettles and tableware can be obtained from the front desk if needed."
Abba Santander ★★★
"Very near the old town and a good walking distance"
Faranda Alisas, Ascend Hotel Collection ★★
"Hotel with old and poorly maintained facilities. High price for the service received."
Dorma Coliseum ★★★★
"The location is great. It's in the city center, so it's convenient to go anywhere."
Enjoy Santander ★★
"Not a good experience. I tried to cancel a booking more than 1 month in advance, only 9 days after it was made. They refused, just because I didn't pay the extra few euro "free cancelation" fee earlier. I needed to cancel because of some very serious personal reasons, I cannot travel to Spain at all. I asked for they help, and they just decided to keep my 110 euro and give the bed to someone else and get paid double. Horrible experience. Greedy people. We are talking about a hostel bed, not even a room. Canceled 5 weeks prior."
Citrea Santander ★★★
"Very friendly welcome. We arrived early (hot and tired) and were able to check in which was really appreciated. Staff spoke good English which compensated for my poor Spanish. Great location near bars, cafes and main shopping street with supermarkets. The hotel is small and stylish so it seemed quiet, even though we were told it was busy. We had two twin/doubles and they were slightly different in layout and decor. Both had aircon, fridges and rainfall showers and were very clean. My daughter and I had a big wet room style shower and bathroom with wooden door. My husband and son had a bigger room but the bathroom had an opaque glass door and shower cubicle. They were pleased with the big TV to watch the World Cup on in the middle of the night and we were pleased we didn't have to! Windows opened if fresh air is required but blackout curtains meant a good night's sleep. Water was provided in the room and in reception. My son uses a wheelchair and was able to access the room and all areas of the hotel via the lift. We didn't choose a disabled room but I believe there are some. The hotel itself is up a slight hill but there is a moving walkway to assist, which was a great feature. We had no issues really. In our room the layout seemed a bit 'quirky' with the clothes rail over the fridge and kettle (which was not near a plug) and the fridge wasn't very cold but, overall, no complaints. The 'city view' was the side of another building but you don't have to walk far to get great views of Santander and we didn't choose the hotel for that."

Hotel Boutique Las Brisas
"I chose this place because it is away from the main drag in Santander, but still with easy access. We walked most places otherwise you could hop on one of the many buses or grab a cab. We were on the ground floor. The room was small but delightfully decorated with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was down some stairs where a limited buffet was on offer, but this included locally made pastries. I went with my husband for 3 nights and we had a great time/"
Eurostars Hotel Real
"I'll always come back."
Calas de Liencres
"The hotel is a very comfortable hotel, a very comfortable room and a spacious bathroom, comfortable beds, friendly staff ... to repeat."
Hotel Chiqui
"Lovely place, great pool"
Apartamentos Alday
"It's the second time we go. This time we went for 2 nights and the two-bedroom apartment is quite good. The only problem is that it was a bit cool. They told us that the heating was at 21 degrees. The spa is quite good, although now you have to pay 10 euros per person to enter (previously it was included in the price). The bath towels are too small, and you can hear the elevator and the train a lot, since the track is next to the apartments. Still, we will probably repeat if we go through that area. Next door is a fairly large shopping center, and a restaurant where there are many first courses to choose from and many main courses for a very reasonable price. The girls at the reception are very nice and the maintenance guy is very attentive and very nice."

Apartamentos Dunas de Liencres
Playas de Liencres - Hotel & Apartamentos
"Terrible cleaning, small closet not suitable for more than 2 people, very few desserts, scarce food, they tell you to pick up your dishes, in the middle of nowhere. In short, I will not return, not recommended. Despite the poor management of the hotel, the staff was very friendly."
Hotel Antoyana
"Excellent price quality ratio"
Dorma Sardinero
"The arrival and reception was not the most correct by the employee, a little confused, later in the stay, there were only greetings, I think they should inform better, for example how much breakfast cost, where the parking is, etc."
Gran Hotel Victoria
"Impeccable hotel, super friendly staff, great varied breakfast with the option to eat until 11 am – perfect for sleeping in! 😅 Superbly located right on the beach. For getting around nearby, you can find bikes using the easy-to-use Nextbike app. Highly recommended, fantastic stay! 👍👍"
Suite Home Sardinero
"This is a very basic hotel, there is no assistance from the front desk, location is far from everything, except the beach, very little options to eat near by, rooms a very small snd the breakfast was ok"
Hotel Spa Milagros Golf
"This was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences our family has ever had. We booked two nights but checked out after only a few hours because staying there was simply impossible. The air conditioning was completely broken throughout the entire hotel, not just in our room. During the middle of summer, this is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel charging premium prices. The rooms were extremely small, outdated, worn out, and nowhere near the standard you would expect for the price. The hotel desperately needs a full renovation. What disappointed us even more was the complete lack of customer service. The hotel manager, Barbera, showed absolutely no interest in helping us or finding any solution. There was no empathy, no apology, no compensation, and no effort whatsoever to resolve the situation, despite the fact that we were a family traveling with children. We were simply left to find another hotel on our own. Technical problems can happen at any hotel. What separates a good hotel from a bad one is how management handles those problems. In this case, the management failed completely. Charging guests full price for rooms without functioning air conditioning while offering no meaningful assistance is unacceptable. We strongly advise future guests to look elsewhere. We will never return, and we certainly cannot recommend this hotel."
Vincci Puertochico
"Overall, I was satisfied. The view wasn't toward the harbor as shown in the photos, but rather toward the residential area on the other side, which was actually better in terms of noise. The breakfast could be more varied for a 4-star hotel. It's also a shame that they only offer Nespresso capsule machines for coffee."
Alda Don Carlos
"We came back to this apartment after having been last year. We noticed that sadly the apartment has been neglected. The fittings were chipped, the the only fry pan was scratched by heavy use and the handle was loose, there was not a chopping board or a sharp knife to cut bread or vegetables, there was not can opener. The water glasses were heavily scratched by over use. The cafetiere was cheap plastic with flimsy lid. We noticed the flower pots outside reception were half dead and flooded in water, chairs in the terrace outside looked discarded and dirty. A general feel of neglect about the place. The cleaners changed bed linen and towel daily but the whole place needs investing in better kichen equipment, mattress, and fittings. The way is at the moment, is expensive and poor value for money."
