The hotel is located near the city center and it takes about 13 minutes to reach the seaside, which is very convenient. The hotel has unique design and novel appearance. It is located in a residential area and the surrounding environment is not impressive. It is far away from the beach area, but there are public buses to get there, but the fare is more expensive. One trip is already 1.3 euros. Santander taxi is even more expensive, at least 25 euros from the hotel to the airport. The breakfast food at the hotel is of good quality and highly recommended. I stayed for 2 days and went to the city center to visit the beach every day and had seafood lunch and dinner. It was very comfortable and convenient.

Excellent hotel couldn’t fault it, emailed the hotel the day before as we had an early flight and arrived at 10 they had a room ready for us, which we didn’t expect we wanted to just freshen up. Rooms are lovely there a nice coffee machine, shampoo condition shower gel hand soap and body lotion in bathroom as well as toothbrush and vanity kits in bathroom, beds were comfy, nice touch was when you open the wardrobe it lights up. Breakfast was excellent with everything you need from fruit to doughnuts yoghurts, cake and a hot selection. The hotel smells amazing they have a diffuser on each landing. The hotel is perfect location if you turn left at the marine you get to The beach and palace turn right and it’s into town. Would definitely return

Great hotel with nice rooms. Our room had a large bed with a fake fireplace but it created a nice ambiance. The bathroom was pretty large with a large shower stall and bidet toilet. The location was close to bars and restaurants as well as close to the bay and Centro Botin.

Wow! Fantastic boutique hotel, within minutes walking from promenade and city centre and lots of restaurants. Only issue is car parking, which is secure underground car park about 8 minutes walk. Luckily we could park outside hotel to unload. We had fantastic round corner room on 3rd floor with round bed and super bathroom and very large tv. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel, very well located in Santander with everything in walking distance. Immaculately clean, very nice rooms especially the superior doubles and the staff at reception were very helpful. There is a really nice breakfast room and a small bar, with a lovely outside area of seating. Unfortunately the aircon was off for the whole hotel (broken or switched off we didn't quite get to the bottom off) for the full stay and it was unseasonably very hot especially for the upper floors that caught the sun. To be fair we were compensated with a price reduction. Take care if you catch a taxi from the airport (c.E20) as we were all initially delivered to the wrong location as there are other hotels with similar names. Make sure you give the taxi driver a clear note of the name & full address. Overall a nice stay and we would go there again.

If you are lucky and this hotel is available for your dates book straight away as you will not find any better. Fabulous . In a quiet street with shops cafe near by. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and fresh. Rooms were individually decorated and so cute. Beds comfy and bathrooms fab. Treat your self and get a balcony so you can unwind with a glass of vino .

Fabulous 👌 if you are lucky that you're date's are available, don't hesitate to look at other options as we did book straight away. We managed to get a shorter stay but on preference we would have liked to stay longer. Rooms are unique and bathrooms are to die for. Great location but for people with mobility issues this is on a hill.

So, so pleased we found this hotel. It is a real gem in Santander - beautifully styled, superb artwork, designer bedrooms and perfectly located. I couldn't have asked for better. Have recommended to all my friends.
