"We absolutely loved this hotel. It is now our go to Cancun hotel every time we visit. From the moment we arrived we were given the warmest welcome. The location was perfect for us, just two minutes from the water. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and we loved having fresh water, towels and daily cleaning, plus fresh beach towels every day. It is so worth the money. Alejandro who welcomed us in the lobby was an absolute sweetheart, as were all of the staff. Truly a wonderful stay."

"The hotel is close to restaurants, entertainment, and shops. Staff are very friendly. Guess room is spacious and clean, although the bathroom fixtures are a little outdated. The ocean is clear and calm. They will offer guests free breakfast and spas after check-in, in turn to attend a time-share presentation. After we politely but firmly declined the offer; they did not push again through our stay."

"To sum up the hotel in one sentence: My family has a great business, so don’t be dissatisfied with the details. And the price is not expensive in the all-inclusive package, so I didn’t expect too much. The price is pretty good. Room: The soundproofing is very poor and very trendy (not sure if all seaside all-inclusives are like this?) The bed and room are large, and the view is great. There are toiletries. The phone is broken😅 You can use the mobile app to order food in the room. Drinks: You can drink whatever you want. There are many bars and mobile bartenders, but the drinks are all too sweet. Maybe I’m not good at ordering... food: Those who like good food are advised to give up. The food is mediocre. I tried Asian and Italian restaurants in 4 restaurants. You must rush in as soon as 6 o'clock starts, otherwise you will have to wait for a long time to be seated. There is no reservation system. The food looks good in photos but tastes ordinary, basically lukewarm/cold. There are not enough waiters! ! There is a sense that they want to serve the guests well but are unable to do so. . . The food is served very slowly! Serve: The waiters are very enthusiastic and none of them are impatient. The cleaning staff doesn't speak English, but everyone else can more or less speak English. The Wi-Fi is not bad, and the browsing experience goes smoothly when going to the beach and occasionally cuts out. There is no air conditioning in the hotel lobby, but the rooms and restaurants have adequate air conditioning. Beach scenery: The first row of beach chairs is hard to get, and there are many chairs on the beach behind. There is no large open beach on the beach, but the beach next door is very beautiful. You can walk there and rub it. The water is still very jelly blue and warm, and the sky is unobstructed. Watching the sunset is beautiful! Activity: There are group singing, playing cards in the swimming pool, and Spanish classes. You have to play with other foreigners. The club is afraid of asking you to quit. There is a small entertainment room for children, with slides and so on. There are outsourced people waiting on the beach to take orders: paid activities in the hotel, riding motorcycles on the sea, and towing parachutes on boats🪂 There are also projects that promote activities outside acua world: jungle tour, snorkeling (snorkeling), oxygen bottle diving There are several swimming pools which are pretty good"

"My wife and I had an unforgettable and wonderful experience at NYX Hotel. The hotel's warm and hospitable experience made me extremely excited. Every delicious meal leaves me at a loss as to what to choose. The restaurant works very late every day, allowing guests to have a meal at any time. It is particularly worth mentioning that the front desk staff, Aejandro and Olivcr, helped me with everything. You know, I don't speak English, let alone Spanish. When there was a problem with the one-day tour I booked with the travel agency, Aejandro made many calls for me and helped me solve the problem. I want to thank these two handsome Mexican lads! Next time I come, I will still choose NYX!"

"Very average rooms with no kettle. Clean enough and the house keeping ladies are always lovely and attentive The whole hotel Needs refurbishing, beach day beds material old and worn with material falling off. Pool towels are nice and thick and fluffy. Expensive restaurant and always several items not available from menu. Bar near reception has happy hour 6.30-7.30 nightly. 2 for one drinks. Convenience store located directly opposite for snacks and street style Mexican food and tea & coffee. Pool is the highlight of this resort."

"Rating: 10/10 Excellent all-inclusive resort in Cancun with outstanding service. We arrived early in the morning, and the staff kindly allowed us to use the buffet right away, which was a very nice and welcoming touch. Throughout our stay, the staff was always friendly, polite, and helpful. Our room was cleaned very well every day, and everything was kept neat and comfortable. On the day of departure, even though check-out was at 11 AM, they allowed us to stay on the property until 6 PM and kept our all-inclusive bracelets, so we could continue enjoying food, drinks, and the facilities. That was truly amazing service. The hotel also has great restaurants on the property, with plenty of delicious options. Overall, a fantastic experience — relaxing, well-organized, and great value for money. We would gladly come back again."

"The hotel staff were all incredibly kind, and both the room and facilities were spotless. The food at the poolside bar and other snack spots within the hotel wasn't exceptional (for example, the matcha latte I ordered had no matcha flavor at all), but it varied, and the convenience of being able to order something anytime I wanted to eat or drink outweighed any minor disappointments. I made a reservation at the steak restaurant for dinner, and the appetizer salad and soup were much larger than I expected. I felt bad about not being able to finish them, so I'd recommend that those who eat light inquire about portion sizes beforehand. The room service menu was also extensive, and I found myself wishing I could have tried more. While it's not a beachfront hotel, meaning you have to take a shuttle bus to the private beach, and thus not ideal for those who want the ocean right outside their door, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "I recently stayed at the City Express Junior by Marriott in Cancun, and overall, I was very pleased with my experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable from the start. I also loved how conveniently located it was—just a short distance from shopping centers and popular attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The service stood out as well; the staff members were friendly and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. Although the rooms were on the smaller side, they had everything I needed for a short stay. The amenities, including the breakfast area and common spaces, were well-kept and made for a pleasant environment to relax in. My only minor complaint is that the walls seemed a bit thin, so I occasionally heard noise from the hallway. However, it wasn’t enough to significantly affect my stay. Overall, I’d recommend City Express Junior by Marriott Cancun to travelers looking for a clean, convenient, and budget-friendly option in the city. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Cancun!"
