"We stayed on a 2 Beds Single room with a Nice scenic View of Hallstatt Village. The front disk Manger Elsie was so Accommodating, Helpful and Kind always checking on us on what we need. She was also a Good on speaking English. also giving us some complimentary gifts and others. Also the restaurant staff Joey was so accommodating and prepping us some late diner and also attending on us on the morning breakfast. If you want to have a relaxing place to stay, walk around Hallstatt village will really recommend this place. people here are so nice and Kind. Really enjoyed the stay...."

"Overall, the hotel's exterior is quite nice, but the overall service and room amenities need improvement. The parking lot is covered in small gravel, making for a bumpy ride upon arrival. The shuttle driver was friendly and helped with our luggage, which was a plus. We arrived past noon, but our room wasn't ready, so we had to wait. The staff didn't offer any suggestions for New Year's activities, and the afternoon tea lacked any distinct features. The room had a bench, similar to a tatami design, but it was positioned right under the air vent, making it quite chilly to sit on. The minibar drinks felt a bit forced and unnecessary. The handle on the shower faucet came off while we were using it, which felt out of sync with the room rate. Breakfast was a buffet, but the selection was very limited, and there weren't even enough cups for coffee. If cost is a concern, a set menu might be a better option. Perhaps due to the large number of guests during the New Year, the hotel staff's attitude was rather stiff. If the aim is for guests to relax and enjoy their vacation, then the service attitude definitely needs to be enhanced."
